Թուրքիայի Վճռաբեկ դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել միավորել Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործում մեղադրվող նախկին պաշտոնյաների դեմ հարուցված գործը Դինքի սպանության հիմնական գործի հետ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է «Ակոս» պարբերականը:
Գործը կքննվի ծանր հանցագործությունները քննող 14-րդ դատարանում: Նախատեսվում է, որ առաջիկա օրերի ընթացքում կնշանակվի դատական նիստի օրը:
Ստամբուլի «Ակոս» թերթի հայազգի խմբագրապետ Հրանտ Դինքը սպանվել է 2007 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին` խմբագրության առջեւ նրա վրա կատարված զինված հարձակման արդյունքում: 2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ` Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը ցմահ բանտարկության դատապարտվեց, անմիջական հանցագործ Օգյուն Սամասթը` 22 տարվա ազատազրկման: 2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում էր կայացրել Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով դատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից:
Դատախազ Գյոքալփ Քյոքչուն մեղադրական ակտ էր պատրաստել 26 նախկին և ներկա պաշտոնյաների վերաբերյալ, որն ընդունվել էր Թուրքիայի Գլխավոր դատախազության, այնուհետև 14-րդ դատարանի կողմից: Դրանով նախատեսվում է գործ հարուցել 26 անձի նկատմամբ, որոնց շարքում են Տրապիզոնի անվտանգության հետախուզական վարչության նախկին ղեկավար, ներկայում հետախուզական գրասենյակի ղեկավար Էնգին Դինչը, Տրապիզոն նահանգի անվտանգության նախկին ղեկավար Ռեշաթ Ալթայը, Ստամբուլ նահանգի անվտանգության հետախուզական բաժնի ղեկավար Ահմեթ Իլհան Գյուլերը, հետախուզական վարչությա ն C բաժնի ղեկավար Ալի Ֆուաթ Յըլմազերը, Ստամբուլի նախկին փոխնահանգապետ Էրգուն Գյունգորը, Ստամբուլի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահը, Ստամբուլի հետախուզական վարչության նախկին պետ Ռամազան Աքյուրեքը, Տրապիզոնի ոստիկանության հետախուզության բաժնի նախկին պետ Ֆարուք Սարըն, անվտանգության աշխատակիցներ Մուհիթթին Զենիթը, Օզքան Մումջուն, Էրջան Դեմիրը և այլոք:
