Telegram-ի համահիմնադիր Պավել Դուրովը հայտնել է, որ մեսենջերը կկարողանա բացահայտել օգտատերերի IP հասցեները և հեռախոսահամարները՝ համապատասխան մարմինների հիմնավորված խնդրանքով։ Նա պարզաբանել է, որ այս միջոցը վերաբերում է Telegram-ի կանոնները խախտողներին և ներդրվում է հանցագործներին մեսենջերի ներքին որոնումը չարաշահելուց զերծ պահելու համար, փոխանցում է ТАСС-ը։
«Մենք պարզաբանել ենք, որ մեր կանոնները խախտողների IP հասցեները և հեռախոսահամարները կարող են բացահայտվել համապատասխան մարմիններին՝ ի պատասխան հիմնավորված իրավական հարցումների», - գրել է Դուրովը Telegram-ի իր ալիքում՝ հավելելով, որ մեսենջերը թարմացրել է իր ծառայության պայմանները և քաղաքականության գաղտնիությունը՝ դրանք հասցնելով միատեսակության:
Նա նաև նշել է, որ որոշ օգտատերեր չարաշահում են Telegram-ի որոնման գործառույթը՝ անօրինական ապրանքներ վաճառելու համար։ Սակայն, Telegram-ի թիմը վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում որոնումից հեռացրել է ողջ խնդրահարույց բովանդակությունը:
«Վերջին մի քանի շաբաթվա ընթացքում արհեստական ինտելեկտի օգտագործմամբ մոդերատորների հատուկ թիմը Telegram-ում որոնումը շատ ավելի անվտանգ է դարձրել: Ամբողջ խնդրահարույց բովանդակությունը, որը մենք հայտնաբերել ենք որոնման ընթացքում, այլևս հասանելի չէ»,- հավելել է Դուրովը:
