Պետք է որպես թեորեմ առաջ քաշել «Կա ապագա» կարգախոսը և աշխատել դրա ապացուցման ուղղությամբ։
Այս մասին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր վեհաժողովի 79-րդ նստաշրջանի շրջանակում անցկացվող Ապագայի գագաթնաժողովին։
«Բոլոր այն պրոբլեմները, որ այօսր մենք ունենք, ուղիղ կամ անուղղակի ձևով կապված են անցյալում մի ինչ–որ պահի կայացված և կամ չկայացված որոշումների հետ, նույնը կարելի է ասել այսօրվա բոլոր հաջողությունների և ձեռքբերումների մասին։
Ի՞նչպես կառուցել ապագան։ Ասածս տարօրինակ կհնչի, բայց կարևորագույն բանը, որ կարող ենք անել ապագայի համար, պոզիտիվ խոսույթներ ձևավորելն է, և դրանց հիմքերի ստեղծման հնարավորությունների վրա կենտրոնանալը, անկախ նրանից այս պահին դրանք կա՞ն, թե ոչ։
Մենք սովորաբար գալիս ենք ՄԱԿ ազդարարելու, թե ինչքան վատ է լինելու, որովհետև դրա մասին վկայող փաստերը շատ են ու ամենուր,և դրանք տեսնելու համար ջանք առանձնակի պետք չէ գործադրել։ Ջանք է պետք գործադրել լավ ապագայի նախադրյալները տեսնելու և դրանք մտածելու համար, որովհետև այն ինչ տեղի է ունենում իրականության մեջ, նախ տեղի է ունենում մեր մտքերում։
Մեր կուսակության «Ապագա կա» կարգախոսը որդեգրեց այն պայմաններում, երբ թվում էր մեր երկրում ու տարածաշրջանում լավատեսության համար ոչ մի հույս չկար։
Ուզում եմ Ապագայի գագաթաժողովում հնչեցնել այդ համոզմունքը, «Ապագա կա», ու դրանում ունենալ իմ բաժին ներդրումը։ Իմ այս տարվա ելույթում ավելի շատ կկենտրոնանամ հնարավորությունների վրա, քան հարևան երկրներին մեղադրելու։ Պետք է որպես թեորեմ առաջ քաշել «Կա ապագա» կարգախոսը և աշխատել դրա ապացուցման ուղղությամբ»,-հայտարարել է նա։
