Օրերս հանրությանը հայտնի օրերս հանրությանը հատնի «Դեմոկրատիա, օրենք և կարգապահություն» կուսակցության պատվավոր նախագահ Վարդան Ղուկասյանը, ով ավելի շատ հայտնի է «Դոգ» մականվամբ, յութուբյան իր ալիքով տեղեկություններ էր հայտնել Կոտայքի մարզում գտնվող «Ամառ» գիշերային ակումբում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի մասին:
Վ. Ղուկասյանի ելույթից հետո գտնվեցին որոշ անձինք, ովքեր ասում էին, թե նման միջադեպ տեղի չի ունեցել, մինչդեռ հերթական անգամ պարզվեց, որ Վ. Ղուկասյանի հայտնած տեղեկությունը հավաստի է:
SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ սեպտեմբերի 13-ին խուլիգանության դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչությունում ստացված տեղեկություններն իրացնելիս՝ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի ծառայողների հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումներով, փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ սեպտեմբերի 13-ին՝ ժամը 06։00-ի սահմաններում, Վերին Պտղնի Երևան-Սևան խճուղի 12/2 հասցեում գործող «Ամառ» գիշերային ակումբում անհիմն պատճառով վիճաբանություն է ծագել Երևանի բնակիչ 45-ամյա Էդգար Մ․-ի և դեռևս ինքնությունները չպարզված ևս 4 անձանց միջև։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վիճաբանություն ընթացքում վերջիններս փոխադարձ հայհոյանքներ են հնչեցրել միմյանց հասցեին և վիճաբանության ընթացքում Էդգար Մ․-ն իր մոտ գտնվող լուսազդանշանային ատրճանակից կրակոց է արձակել վիճաբանության կողմերին հանդարտեցնել փորձող Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 28-ամյա Էմիլ Մ․-ի ոտքերի առջև, որի արդյունքում Էմիլ Մ․-ն ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածք, ինչից հետո վերջիններս դեպքի վայրից դիմել են փախուստի:
Ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնում ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները, վիճաբանության մասնակիցների ինքնությունները պարզելու, ինչպես նաև հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող ատրճանակը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին:
