MediaHub-ն այսօր անդրադարձել է Վեդիի միջնակարգ դպրոցից Երևանի բժշկական կենտրոն ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում տեղափոխված 10-ամյա աղջնակի դեպքին, որը մի քանի օր է կոմայի մեջ է:

Այսօր մենք մի քանի հրապարակումներով անդրադարձել ենք այս դեպքին: 

Ի դեպ, օրեր անց՝ այսօր միայն, Sputnik Armenia-ի հետ զրույցում Վեդիի թիվ 2 միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրեն Նոնա Անդրեասյանն ուշագրավ հայտարարություններ է արել այս դեպքի հետ կապված: Մասնավորապես, նա հայտարարել է, թե աղջկա հետ աշխատում է հոգեբան, նա երբեմն ագրեսիվ վարքագիծ է ցուցաբերում, բայց գրանցված չէ որպես կրթության հատուկ պայմանների կարիք ունեցող երեխա: Այլ կերպ ասած, բուն խնդրի վրա կենտրոնանալու փոխարեն, թե ի՞նչ է տեղի ունեցել իր ղեկավարած դպրոցում, որի հետևանքով երեխան մահվան հետ քանի օր է կռիվ է տալիս, տնօրենը որակումներ է տալիս երեխային,  որը, մեղմ ասած, հարիր չէ մանկավարժին ու կրթօջախի տնօրենին։ 

MediaHub-ը կապ էր հաստատել երեխայի հոր հետ, որը վրդովվել էր այս հայտարարություններից. “Իմ աղջիկը ո՛չ ագրեսիվ է, ո՛չ հոգեբանական խնդիրներ է ունեցել, իմ աղջիկն ուղղակի աշխույժ երեխա է, բոլորն էլ դրա մասին գիտեն»,- ասել էր նա։

Եվ ահա, քիչ առաջ մեր հրապարակմանն արձագանքեց նաև ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմը.

“Վեդի քաղաքի դպրոցներից մեկում մարմնական վնասվածք ստացած և կոմայի մեջ հայտնված 10-ամյա երեխայի հետ կապված դեպքի կապակցությամբ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանի հանձնարարությամբ ուսումնասիրություն է սկսվել:

Պարզաբանումներ ստանալու պահանջով գրություններ կհասցեագրվեն Ներքին գործերի նախարարություն ու Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարություն:

Նշված գրություններով բարձրացված հարցերի համար հիմք են հանդիսացել նաև ԶԼՄ-ներով երեխայի վերաբերյալ ստացված տեղեկությունները:

Դեպքը գտնվում է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի անմիջական ուշադրության ներքո: Հանրայնացման ենթակա լրացուցիչ տեղեկությունների առկայության դեպքում Պաշտպանի պաշտոնական կայքում և սոցիալական հարթակներում աշխատակազմը հանդես կգա հրապարակմամբ”,- մեզ փոխանցեցին ՄԻ պաշտպանի գրասենյակից:

Արդեն տեղեկացրել ենք, որ Վեդիի դպրոցից հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված 10-ամյա երեխայի գործով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն հաղորդում ստացել է, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ անզգուշությամբ ծանր մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու հոդվածով։
