Իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան կրկին հայտնվել է ցայտնոտի մեջ։ Մեկ կենտրոնից ուղղորդված արշավ են սկսել հայտնի հայ գործիչների դեմ, հին ու մամռակալած թեզերով մեղադրում են դրսից «հայրենիք փրկելու» մեջ։ Եվ կրկին, թիրախում «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանն է։

Փաշինյանական իշխանությունը նրա դեմ ցեխարձակելու մեն-միակ «փաստարկն» ունի, ինչո՞ւ է Կարապետյանը գտնվում արտերկրում։

Սուտ լուրեր են տարածում, թե հայ գործիչները Ռուսաստաններում ճոխ կյանք են վարում։ Սակայն, ի տարբերություն այլոց, Արշակ Կարապետյանը 30 տարուց ավելի ծառայել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը, եղել հետախուզության պետ, մեկ անգամ չէ, որ նրա կյանքը վտանգի տակ է եղել, մեկ անգամ չէ, որ Կարապետյանը լուրջ գործողություններ է ղեկավարել՝ հանուն Հայաստանի։ Ի տարբերություն նույն այդ խոսողների, որոնք ոչինչ չեն ներդրել սեփական երկրի համար։

Գործող իշխանություններն իրենց ընդդիմախոսների դեմ գրեթե բոլոր միջոցներն են օգտագործում, իսկ առավել վտանգավորներին բանտարկում են, ամիսներ պահում անազատության մեջ։ Եվ բնական է, նյարդայնանում են, երբ իրենց ձեռքերը չեն հասնում այդ մարդկանց։

Այսօր էլ թիրախում Արշակ Կարապետյանն է։ Վերջինս, իհարկե, վերադառնալու է Հայաստան, բայց ոչ այս փուլում, երբ իշխանությունները գլխակորույս զբաղված են ընդդիմախոսներին բանտարկելով, փոխանակ զբաղվեն Հայաստանի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերները լուծելով։
