Գնացել էր դիրքերից վիրավորներին տարհանելու, բայց ինքը ևս վիրավորվեց․ Մարատը 8 ամիս կոմայի մեջ էր

«Մինչև վերջին պահը մեր ընտանիքը մեծ հույսեր էր փայփայում, որ Մարատը կոմայից դուրս կգա։ Ամիսները գումարվում էին, իսկ եղբայրս անշարժ վիճակում գամված էր «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքի մահճակալին։ Բժիշկները հույս չէին տալիս, բայց իրենք էլ մեզ հետ հավասար սպասում էին հրաշքի»,-MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում եղբոր՝ Մարատ Բաբայանի մասին պատմում է Գրիգոր Բաբայանը։
Բաբայանների ընտանիքը մինչև 2020 թվականի պատերազմն ապրում էր Շուշիում։ Մարատն ավելի շուտ էր ընտանիքով հաստատվել Ստեփանակերտում։ Պաշտպանության բանակի պայմանագրային զինծառայող էր։ Զորամասում բոլորը գիտեին նրան, վարում էր շտապ օգնության մեքենան։
«Մասնակցել է Արցախի դեմ իրականացված տեղային բոլոր մարտերին ու 2016-ի ապրիլյան ու 2020-ի 44-օրյա լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմներին։ 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերյան ագրեսիան ճակատագրական եղավ Մարատի համար»,-ասում է Գրիգորին։
Պատերազմից րոպեներ առաջ Մարատը հասցրել էր կնոջը՝ Մանուշին sms հաղորդագրություն թողնել, հարցրել է երեխաների որպիսության ու գտնվելու վայրի մասին, որից հետո հենց առաջին հարվածներով թիրախավորվել են հեռահաղորդակցության աշտարակները․ Արցախում կապը կորել է։ Այդ ժամանակ Մարատը, իր երկու եղբայրները՝ Էրիկն ու Գրիգորը եղել են տարբեր զորամասում։ Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար մարտերը նախորդ պատերազմների համեմատ ավելի դաժան էին, քանի որ թիրախի տակ էին նաև քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերը, խաղաղ բնակչությունը։
«Իրարից հեռու էինք ու ընդհանրապես կապ չկար։ Դա է պատճառը, որ եղբորս վիրավորվելու մասին լսել ենք ավելի ուշ։ Նա Հայկազովի զորամասում էր։ Պատերազմի ամենաթեժ պահին իր շտապ օգնության մեքենայով բարձրացել է դիրքեր, որ զոհերին ու վիրավորված զինծառայողներին տարհանի, սակայն, ճանապարհին հեռահար հրթիռներով կրակել են նաև շտապ օգնության մեքենայի վրա։ Մարատը գլխի շրջանում ու մարմնի աջ հատվածում վիրավորում է ստացել։ Գրեթե անգիտակից վիճակում նրան տեղափոխել են Ստեփանակերտի հանրապետական հիվանդանոց։ 4 օր նա մնացել է այնտեղ։ Ճանապարհը դեպի Հայաստան բացելուց հետո Մարատին մյուս վիրավորների հետ տեղափոխել են Երևանի «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն»։
Բժիշկները 8 ամիս պայքարել են Մարատի կյանքը փրկելու համար, սակայն ոչ մի տեղաշարժ։ Նրա մահն արձանագրվել է հիվանդասենյակում։ Նրան հետմահու զոհված զինծառայողի կարգավիճակ է տրվել։ Մարատը հուղարկավորվել է Նոր Հաճնի եղբայրական գերեզմանատանը։
Մարատ Բաբայանը 41 տարեկան էր, ունի 3 զավակ, որից 2-ն անչափահաս են։ Ավագ որդի Արթուրը և Մերին բնավորությամբ հանգիստ են, իսկ ահա փոքրը՝ 10-ամյա Դավիթը, Գրիգորն ասում է՝ Մարատի կտորն է՝ անհանգիստ, ուժեղ ու վրեժով լցված։
Ընտանիքն ափսոսում է, որ Մարատի հետ վերջին անգամ խոսելու հնարավորություն չի եղել, թեպետ վստահ են, որ վերջին խոսքերը վերաբերվելու էին զավակներին.
«Գոնե հիվանդանոցում այդ 8 ամիսներին մեկ անգամ խոսելը հնարավոր լիներ, բայց ափսոս, այդ հրաշքը տեղի չունեցավ»,-հավելեց Գրիգոր Բաբայանը։
