«Բայց այն փաստը, որ վերջին օրերին ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկենը սկսել է զանգահարել երկու առաջնորդներին, վկայում է այն մասին, որ այդ եռանկյունում ինչ-որ լուրջ խնդիր է քննարկվում։ Եվ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, եղել է տվյալների արտահոսք, արդյունքում էլ Հայաստանի ընդդիմությունը որոշել է ակտիվանալ։ Ի՞նչ հեռանկարներ կան այս ամենի համար: Բոլոր նախորդները, ինչպես գիտենք, ավարտվեցին առ ոչինչ։ Մարդիկ քայլեցին, վրաններ տեղադրեցին, ելույթներ ունեցան, բայց նրանց մոտ ոչինչ չստացվեց: Հիմա հարցն այն է, թե արդյո՞ք նրանք կկարողանան իրենց կողմը գրավել ուժի մեծ մասին, և որքանո՞վ են կազմակերպված»,- նշել է հրատարակության զրուցակիցը։ svpressa.ru-ի այն հարցին, թե կա՞ շանս, որ ընդդիմությունը կարողանա գրավել նաև դրսի հայերին, Տարասովը պատասխանել է, որ, օրինակ՝ Ռուսաստանի հայկական սփյուռքը, ըստ էության, չի աջակցում Փաշինյանին, անգամ ավելի շուտ կարելի է ասել՝ դեմ է նրան, բայց որքանո՞վ է պատրաստ մասնակցել քաղաքական գործընթացներին Հայաստանում, հարցը «բաց է մնում»։

«Այո, նրանց համար դա իրենց պատմական հայրենիքն է, նրանք, իհարկե, փորձում են որոշակի ազդեցություն ունենալ և ազդել իրադարձությունների ընթացքի վրա։ Ավելին, սփյուռքը լուրջ բազմամիլիոնանոց ուժ է։ Բայց այդ մարդիկ, ովքեր տարբեր պատճառներով և տարբեր ժամանակներում լքել են իրենց հայրենիքը, այսօր Ռուսաստանի լիիրավ քաղաքացիներն են, ծառայում են նրա զինված ուժերում, ունեն հաջող կարիերա և այլն։ Բնականաբար, նրանք շահագրգռված են, որ Հայաստանը լինի Ռուսաստանին բարեկամ, և, իհարկե, տարածաշրջանում ապակայունացման աղբյուր չհանդիսացող պետություն։ Բայց ինձ թվում է, որ այն ջանքերը, որ այդ մարդիկ գործադրել են մինչ այժմ, անբավարար են եղել»,ընդգծել է քաղաքագետը:
