Արևմուտքն ակտիվացնում է իր ճնշումները՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական կարգավորման հասնելու մինչև Բաքվում կայանալիք համաժողովը։ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի քաղաքական հարցերով ավագ խորհրդական Թոմ Սալլիվանը, որը մասնակցել է պետքարտուղար Բլինքենի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների հանդիպմանը, հայտարարել է, թե Վաշինգտոնը հույս ունի, որ COP 29-ին ընդառաջ Երևանն ու Բաքուն կկարողանան խաղաղության պայմանագիրը ստորագրել։
«Երեկվա հանդիպումը նվիրված էր նրան, թե ինչպես կարող ենք COP 29-ին ընդառաջ հաղթահարել մնացած հարցերը։ Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ երկու կողմերի համար կա պոտենցիալ հնարավորություն՝ միավորվելու և աշխարհին ցույց տալու, որ իրենք նոր հարաբերություններ են թևակոխում»,- ասել է նա՝ կարծիք հայտնելով, որ,- երկու կողմն էլ զգալի առաջընթաց են գրանցել խաղաղության պայմանագրի մի շարք կոնկրետ տարրերի հարցում»։
«Կային մի քանի չլուծված հարցեր: Մենք երեկ պայմանավորվեցինք, որ կշարունակենք լուծումներ փնտրել այն հարցերի համար, որոնք պետք է լուծվեն։ Թիմերը կշարունակեն աշխատել առաջիկա օրերին և շաբաթներին և կտեսնեն, թե արդյոք մենք կարող ենք իրականում հասնել մի կետի, որտեղ երկու երկրներն ի վիճակի կլինեն ավարտին հասցնելու խաղաղության պայմանագիրը»,- հավելել է Սալլիվանը։
Բաքուն ոչ միայն ցանկություն չունի խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու, այլև Ալիևի օգնական Հաջիևի շուրթերով նոր պահանջներ է ներկայացնում։ ԵՄ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հարցերով գլխավոր խոսնակ Պետեր Ստանոն էլ քննադատել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իհլամ Ալիևին, անհիմն է գնահատել օրեր առաջ հնչեցրած քննադատությունները Հայաստանում տեղակայված ԵՄ առաքելության (EUMA) հասցեին և Հայաստանի «ռազմականացման» վերաբերյալ։
ԵՄ խոսնակը նշել է, որ առաքելությունն անզեն ու քաղաքացիական է, որը տեղակայված է տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հաստատմանն ուղղված ԵՄ ջանքերին աջակցելու նպատակով։ «Առաքելությունը կյանքի է կոչվել Հայաստանի իշխանությունների դիմումի համաձայն, և այն գործում է միայն միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված երկկողմ սահմանի հայկական կողմում։ Դա անկողմնակալ առաքելություն է՝ հստակ սահմանված մանդատով»,- ասել է Ստանոն։
Արդյո՞ք Արևմուտքի այս քայլերն իսկապես ճնշում են Բաքվի նկատմամբ՝ շուտափույթ կարգավորման հասնելու, թե՞ հերթական խաղն են, ցույց կտա ժամանակը։
