Ադրբեջանցիները, օկուպացնելով Սյունիքի տարածքները, մեծ քանակությամբ ապօրինի հատումներ են իրականացրել Շիկահողի արգելոցում՝ կատարելով ինժեներական աշխատանքներ։ Այս փաստը «Առավոտի» հետ զրույցում հաստատել է Կապան համայնքի ղեկավար Գեւորգ Փարսյանը։ Ադրբեջանական կողմի գործողությունների հետեւանքով «Շիկահող» պետական արգելոցը վտանգված է։

«Մեծ քանակությամբ հատումներ են իրականացվում Շիկահող պետական արգելոցում։ Իրենք ինժեներական կառույցներ ու ճանապարհներ են կառուցում, ամրանում են, խրամատներ են փորում։ Այսինքն՝ մեծ վնասներ են հասցնում նաեւ էկոհամակարգին»,- ասաց Փարսյանը։ Նա հիշեցրեց, որ Կապան քաղաքն ու համայնքի 18 գյուղական բնակավայրեր սահմանամերձ են համարվում 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 18-ից հետո։ Իսկ 2022 թվականի ռազմական գործողությունների հետեւանքով ադրբեջանցիներն օկուպացրել են համայնքի տարածքները։ Ըստ Փարսյանի՝ լուծումն այն է, որ ադրբեջանցիները պետք է հետ քաշվեն այդ տարածքներից։ «Մենք սահմանների հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունենք, հատկապես Ներքին Հանդում է իրավիճակը մտահոգիչ։ 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերյան ագրեսիայի հետեւանքով մեր վարչական տարածքներից մոտ 2700 հա հող օկուպացված է ադրբեջանցիների կողմից, եւ հիմա ադրբեջանական զորքերն են տեղակայված մեր տարածքներում։ Բնականաբար այդ իրավիճակը մտահոգիչ է, ներկայում բնակչության մոտ ավելի շատ անորոշության մթնոլորտ է՝ կապված ընդհանուր իրավիճակի հետ»,- ասել է նա։

Ըստ Փարսյանի, սակայն, Կապան համայնքից արտագաղթ չկա։ Գեւորգ Փարսյանն անդրադարձավ Ներքին Հանդ գյուղում առկա իրավիճակին։ «Ներքին Հանդ բնակավայրը երեք կողմից շրջափակված է ու շրջապատված ադրբեջանական զորքերով։ Կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող ռեսուրսներն ամբողջովին գտնվում են ադրբեջանական զորքերի վերահսկողության ներքո։ Խմելու ջրի ակունքներն են անցել նրանց վերահսկողության տակ, նաեւ՝ գյուղի գերեզմանոցը։ Մարդիկ գյուղի եկեղեցի այցելելու հնարավորություն չունեն։ Այս իրավիճակը 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի մարտական գործողությունների հետեւանք է։ Ներքին Հանդում իրավիճակը բավական լուրջ է»,- ասել է նա։
