Սեպտեմբերի 27-ին հերթական քրեորեն պատժելի դեպքն է տեղի ունեցել Երևանի Մամիկոնյանց փողոցում գործող «Երևանի ինֆորմատիկայի պետական քոլեջում»։ Այդ օրը՝ ժամը 12:30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ նշված քոլեջում դանակահարություն է տեղի ունեցել։

Shamshyan.com-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ մինչ ոստիկանները արդեն քոլեջում պարզում էին դեպքի հանգամանքները, «Ուիգմոր» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվում, որ «ձախ ազդրի դրսային մակերեսի կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխել մի երեխա։Հիվանդանոց մեկնած ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը պարզել է, որ վիրավորը Երևանի բնակիչ 16-ամյա տղա է, ով հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել «Երևանի ինֆորմատիկայի պետական քոլեջից»։

Մինչ քոլեջում տնօրեն Ռոբերտ Աբրահամյանը փորձում էր ոստիկանների ականջներից «լապշա կախել», թե երեխան վազելիս է վնասվածք ստացել՝ պատահաբար դիպչելով սեղանի սուր ծայրին, Արաբկիրի ոստիկանները րոպեների ընթացքում պարզեցին, որ քոլեջում տեղի է ունեցել դանակահարություն և 16-ամյա սովորողին դանակահարել է նույն քոլեջի 16-ամյա սովորողը։

Ապա ոստիկանների կողմից բացատրական աշխատանքների շնորհիվ կասկածյալը, նշված քոլեջի անվտանգության աշխատակից 40-ամյա Մարիամ Իսրայելյանի հետ, ներկայացվում են ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին։

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, մարտի 12-ին ողբերգական դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 13:00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնում և ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Մամիկոնյանց փողոցում գործող Երևանի Ինֆորմատիկայի պետական քոլեջի մոտ վիճաբանություն էր տեղի ունեցել և կար դանակահարված երեխա:

Ոստիկանները նշված քոլեջի հարևանությամբ գտնվող թիվ 54 շենքի բակում հայտնաբերել էին արնանման հետքեր և կայանված «Mercedes» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա, որի հետևի մասում նույնպես կային արնանման հետքեր:Կարճ ժամանակ անց հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ էր ստացվել ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին, որ նշված վայրից իրենց մոտ տեղափոխված անչափահաս տղան գիտակցության չգալով մահացել է:

Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված մի քանի քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր հրաժարվել էին տեսախցիկի առաջ խոսել, ասում էին, որ տեղի էր ունեցել մի խումբ անձանց միջև վիճաբանություն, որի ժամանակ էլ երեխային դանակի մի քանի հարված էին հասցրել:

Տեղում ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել էին, որ մահացածը 18-ամյա Ռաֆայել Հ.-ն է, ով Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ սովորում էր Երևանի Ինֆորմատիկայի պետական քոլեջի 3-րդ կուրսում:
