Ամբողջ աշխարհում այսօր նշվում է Սրտի համաշխարհային օրը. նպատակը սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների վերաբերյալ իրազեկվածության բարձրացումն է` խրախուսելով որդեգրելու առավել առողջ ապրելակերպ, կանխելու սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների զարգացումը:

Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից։

Սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների զարգացմանը նպաստող որոշ ռիսկի գործոններ անփոփոխ են (տարիք, սեռ, ժառանգական հակվածություն) և վերահսկման ենթակա չեն: Սակայն կան գործոններ, ինչպիսիք են խոլեսթերինի բարձր մակարդակը, ծխելը, գիրությունը (մարմնի զանգվածի ինդեքսը 25-ից բարձր), զարկերակային գերճնշումը, ֆիզիկական թերակտիվությունը, շաքարային դիաբետը, քնի պակասը, անառողջ սննդակարգը, մասնավորապես` աղի օգտագործման չարաշահումը, սթրեսը, դեպրեսիան համարվում են փոփոխելի ռիսկի գործոններ և ենթակա են վերահսկման:
Խորհուրդներ առողջ սրտի համար.

ճիշտ սննդակարգ. սահմանափակելով շաքարի, աղի և տրանսճարպերի օգտագործումը,

ֆիզիկական ակտիվություն. օգնում է բարելավել սրտի աշխատանքը, նվազեցնել խոլեսթերինի մակարդակը և զարկերակային ճնշումը, պահպանել առողջ քաշը:

ԱՀԿ-Ն խորհուրդ է տալիս յուրաքանչյուր շաբաթ 150 րոպե չափավոր ինտենսիվությամբ մարզումներ մեծահասակների համար,

ծխախոտից հրաժարում. նույնիսկ պասիվ ծխի երկարատև ազդեցությունը մեծացնում է սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների վտանգը,

ալկոհոլի ընդունման սահմանափակում,

Առողջապահության նախարարությունը մի շարք ծրագրեր և միջոցառումեր է իրականացնում սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների կանխարգելման, վաղ հայտնաբերման, հիվանդացության ու մահացության ցուցանիշների բարելավման նպատակով, մասնավորապես` առաջնային օղակում 35-68 տարեկան քաղաքացիների շրջանում զարկերակային գերճնշման վաղ հայտնաբերման և ախտորոշման նպատակով անվճար սքրինինգային հետազոտության իրականացում:

«Սրտի անհետաձգելի վիրահատություններ»` (Stent for Life) ծրագրի շրջանակներում ինֆարկտ պատասխանատու կորոնար զարկերակի ստենտավորում, ինչպես նաև` արտոնյալ պայմաններով աորտա-կորոնար շունտավորում, գլխուղեղի սուր կամ ենթասուր իշեմիկ կաթվածների ժամանակ թրոմբոլիտիկ բուժման և մեխանիկական թրոմբէկտոմիայի իրականացում, աորտայի շերտազատման անվճար վիրահատությունների իրականացում` ամբողջ բնակչության համար:
