«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

 

Հատկապես ներկա ժամանակներում չափազանց կարևոր է ուշադրությունը մարզերի, առավել ևս՝ սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի հանդեպ: Ըստ այդմ, էական նշանակություն են ստանում տարաբնույթ միջոցառումների «արտահանումը» մայրաքաղաքից դեպի մարզեր՝ թե՛ տուրիզմի զարգացման, թե՛ մարզերից արտագաղթի տեմպերի կանխման առումով: Մեր տեղեկություններով, ամիսներ շարունակ Կապանը կդառնա ռեստորանային բիզնեսի և համեղ խոհանոցի կենտրոն՝ ներգրավելով այցելուներ Հայաստանից և արտերկրից:

Նախաձեռնությունը պատկանում է GastroCamp Armenia նախագծին, որն իրականացնում է համայնքային զարգացմանը միտված գաստրո-միջոցառումներ՝ ներգրավելով ոլորտի համայնքային և միջազգային մասնագետներին: Ծրագրի կազպակերպիչն է Աննա Մազմանյանը։ Այս տարի, որպես միջոցառման կենտրոն, ընտրված է Կապանը, նախատեսվում է իրականացնել միջոցառումների շարք, որը կեզրափակվի մասշտաբային «Gastrocamp Կապան» նախագծով, որը կներգրավի ռեստորանային, հյուրանոցային, գինու և սննդի արտադրության ոլորտի մասնագետներ Հայաստանից և արտասահմանից: Նախագծի առաջին այցեքարտային միջոցառումը «Արի Կապան» խորագրով ցուցահանդեսն է Երևանում: Ֆոտո-նախագծի շրջանակներում Կապանն ու կապանցին ներկայացվում են տաղանդավոր լուսանկարիչ Նարեկ Արշակյանի աչքերով:

Այնուհետև նախատեսվում է Կապան քաղաքի HoReCa ոլորտի մենեջմենթի և շեֆ-խոհարարների բիզնես այց Երևան՝ վերապատրաստման և նոր գործընկերային կապերի հաստատման նպատակով: Նոյեմբերին «Արի Կապան» խորագրով ցուցահանդեսը կբացվի նաև Կապանում: Արդեն եկող տարվա գարնանը «Սյունիքի գաստրոմշակույթը պատմագիտական համատեքստում» համաժողով կհրավիրվի Գորիսում, կկազմակերպվի գաստրոֆիլմերի փառատոն Կապանում՝ կցուցադրվեն միջազգային ֆիլմեր գաստրոմշակույթի թեմայով: Կապանում կանցկացվեն նաև անվճար վարպետաց դասեր գինեգործության, ռեստորանային բիզնեսի, շեֆ խոհարարի աշխատանքի, ռեստորանային բիզնեսում մարքեթինգի, PR-ի, SMM-ի և այլ թեմաներով: Նախագիծն իրականացվում է Կապանի համայնքապետարանի հետ համագործակցությամբ:
