Արդարադատության նախարարը հեռացավ

Արդարադատության նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանը վաչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հրաժարականի դիմում է ներկայացրել։ Մինասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել, նշել, թե որոշել է ինքն էլ միանալ իր պաշտոնավարման դեմ ստորագրահավաքին:
«Խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգում դժվար կլինի նախարարի պաշտոն զբաղեցնելը, եթե նույնիսկ մեկ պատգամավորի հետ դրական համագործակցություն չունենաս: Ես տեղեկացա, որ խնդիր ունեմ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության շուրջ երկու տասնյակ պատգամավորների հետ», - գրել է Մինասյանը, ապա ճոխ-ճոխ ներկայացրել իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում կատարած աշխատանքները։
«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրից» օրեր առաջ էին ստորագրահավաք կազմակերպել, թղթերը փոխանցել Փաշինյանին։ Խմբակցության 71 անդամներից միացել էին միայն 27-ը։ Մինասյանը ՔՊ-ի թիրախում հայտնվել էր մի քանի կադրային որոշումների համար, արժանանալով հատկապես Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի քննադատությանը։ Վերջինս իր մտերիմներին էր ցանկանում նշանակել ՔԿԾ պետ։
Առնվազն տարօրինակ է, որ ընդամենը 27 պատգամավորի ստորագրությամբ Մինասյանը թևաթափ է լինում և հեռանում։ Դա բացասաբար է խոսում նրա մարդկային ու մասնագիտական որակների մասին։ Մյուս կողմից, Գրիգոր Մինասյանն ինքն էլ հասկանում է, որ ստորագրահավաքն ընդամենը ֆորմալ առիթ է իրենից ազատվելու համար, և նախաձեռնվել է անձամբ Փաշինյանի կողմից, հատկապես, որ ստորագրություններ հավաքողը Փաշինյանի մերձավորներից Արփի Դավոյանն է եղել։
Ըստ էության, Գրիգոր Մինասյանը հեռացավ, որպեսզի իրեն չհեռացնեն։ Հերթում հաջորդը ԲԴԽ նախագահ Կարեն Անդրեասյանն է։
