Բաքուն Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությանը «պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների ոչնչացման» նոր մեղադրանք է առաջադրել: Այս մասին լրատվամիջոցներին հայտնել է այդ երկրի գլխավոր դատախազ Քյամրան Ալիևը:
Բնականաբար, հայկական կողմից պաշտոնական որևէ արձագանք չկա։
«Հայկական կողմի պատասխանը պետք է լինի ոչ թե համաչափ, այլ կտրուկ, իրական փաստերով։ Բաքուն ակնհայտ ոչնչացնում է Արցախի հայկական հետքը։ Մենք մտավախություն ունենք, որ եկեղեցիների, խաչքարերի, պատմական հուշարձանների ոչնչացումից հետո, հաջորդ քայլը լինելու է հին գերեզմանների թվագրությունների ոչնչացումը»,- MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց իրավապաշտպան Ինգա Բալայանը։
Ինչ վերաբերում է Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարների նկատմամբ նման մեղադրանքին, ապա Բալայանի խոսքով՝ Բաքվի համար սա նոր մեթոդ է արտաքին ճնշումների դեմ պայքարելու համար։
«Քանի որ վերջերս Ադրբեջանին հասցեագրված շատ մեղադրանքներ են հնչել՝ այնտեղ ապօրինի պահվող հայ գերիների, այդ թվում՝ ղեկավարության ազատ արձակման վերաբերյալ, Ադրբեջանը հիմա փորձում է արդարացնել իր քայլերը և ամեն անգամ նոր գործեր է «հարուցում» գերության մեջ, ճնշումների տակ գտնվող, խոսքի ազատությունից զրկված մեր հայրենակիցների նկատմամբ։
Նորից եմ կրկնում․ որքան էլ այդ երկիրը պնդի, որ փաստաբաններ ունեն նրանք, միևնույն է՝ Հայաստանը պետական մակարդակով պետք է պայքարի նրանց իրավունքների պաշտպանության համար»,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
Հայաստանի ու Արցախի իրավապաշտպանների դիմում-բողոքներն ու գանգատները հաճախ են մերժվում միջազգային դատարաններում։ Ինգա Բալայանի խոսքով՝ այս ամենը ևս կապված է պետության անուշադրության հետ։
«Ձեռքերը լվացել ու մի կողմ են քաշվել։ Որքան դուռ ծեծենք թե՛ գերիների վերադարձի, թե՛ պատմական ժառանգության ոչնչացման մասին, միևնույն է, լուրջ չեն վերաբերվում, որովհետև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու իր վարչախմբին կարծեք ձեռնտու է այս ամենը»,- եզրափակեց նա։
