Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը դասախոսությամբ է հանդես եկել Առաջնորդության դպրոցի ուսանողների առջև՝ խոսելով արդյունավետ հաղորդակցության թեմայի շուրջ։
Մասնավորապես, Առաջնորդության զարգացման 2024-2025 թթ. դասընթացի մասնակիցների հետ նա կիսվել է իր գիտելիքներով և փորձով առաջնորդների համար այն կարևոր ուղղությունների շուրջ, որոնք են ակտիվ լսելու սովորությունը, ոչ վերբալ հաղորդակցությունը, մտքերի հստակ ձևակերպումը, հետադարձ կապի և կոնստրուկտիվ քննադատության ձևերը, մշակութային առանձնահատկությունների հաշվի առնելը և կոնֆլիկտների հաղթահարումը։
«Գլխավոր բանը, որը պիտի անի ցանկացած առաջնորդ՝ իր օրինակով մշակույթ ձևավորելն է։ Ձեր ամեն արարքով դուք պիտի ցույց տաք հարգանք բոլոր գործընկերների հանդեպ՝ անկախ նրանց պաշտոնից ու առանձնահատկություններից։ Շատ կարևոր է, որ առաջնորդի խոսքերը չհակասեն նրա արարքներին, քանի որ ձեր փոխանցած ազդանշանները պիտի լինեն հստակ և հետևողական՝ մարդկանց մեջ շփոթություն չառաջացնելու համար», - նշել է Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։
