Իշխանության վախի աչքերը. ինչո՞ւ են այսպես իրար խառնվել ԱԱԾ-ն ու ոստիկանությունը

Այսօր ժամը 18:30-ին Հանրապետության հրապարակում նախատեսվում է «Սրբազան պայքարի» մեծ հանրահավաքը: Իսկ մինչ այդ, իրար հերթ չտալով, հայտարարություններ են տարածել ԱԱԾ-ն և ոստիկանությունը:
Վերջինիս հայտարարության մեջ նշված է. «ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունը հետևողականորեն իրականացնելու է օրենքով վերապահված գործառույթները՝ ապահովելով հասարակական կարգը և քաղաքացիների անվտանգությունը, իսկ հակաօրինական ցանկացած դրսևորում կարժանանա համապատասխան քրեաիրավական գնահատականի»:
ԱԱԾ-ն ավելի կոշտ հայտարարություն է արել. « ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունն, ելնելով ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը պահպանելու, անձի կամ կազմակերպության իրավունքները, ազատությունները կամ օրինական շահերը կամ հասարակության կամ պետության օրինական շահերը պաշտպանելու առաքելությունից, հորդորում է ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչներին 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 2-ին Երևան քաղաքի Հանրապետության հրապարակում նախատեսվող հանրահավաքի ընթացքում զերծ մնալ իշխանությունը զավթելու, սահմանադրական կարգը բռնի տապալելու, անձի կամ անձանց խմբի նկատմամբ որևէ հանգամանքով պայմանավորված բռնություն գործադրելու, իշխանության ներկայացուցչին դիմադրություն ցույց տալու հրապարակային կոչեր հնչեցնելուց կամ դրանց կատարմանն ուղղված գործողություններ ձեռնարկելուց՝ նախազգուշացնելով, որ տիրապետում է օպերատիվ իրավիճակին, և իրեն վերապահված ողջ գործիքակազմի կիրառմամբ ի զորու է չեզոքացնել ՀՀ ներքին անվտանգության խաթարմանն ուղղված գործողությունները:
Միաժամանակ, վերահաստատելով, որ ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգին ու պետության անվտանգությանը սպառնացող ցանկացած գործողություն հանգեցնելու է համապատասխան քրեաիրավական հետևանքների, հավաքի մասնակից քաղաքացիներին հորդորում ենք դրսևորել իրավահպատակ վարքագիծ և չտրվել սադրիչ գործողությունների»:
Արտաքուստ, կարծես, սովորական հայտարարություններ են: Սակայն բանն այն է, որ նման հայտարարություններ արվում են հանրահավաքների ընթացքում, երբ իրավիճակը լարվում է, դուրս է գալիս հունից: Այս դեպքում նախապես են հայտարարել՝ մի քանի րոպեի տարբերությամբ՝ կարծես մեկ կենտրոնից (հասկանալի է՝ որտեղից) իջած հրահանգով: Սա կարող է վկայել այն մասին, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իսկապես սարսափած է, այս հայտարարությունների տողատակում երևում են նրա վախի աչքերը: Մյուս կողմից՝ չի բացառվում, որ հենց իրավապահները դիմեն սադրանքների, որպեսզի հիմքեր ստեղծեն «համապատասխան քրեաիրավական գնահատականի» կամ «հետևանքների» համար:
