Արցախի 070 ծածկագիր ունեցող անձնագրերն այլևս ճամփորդական չե՞ն․ Չեխիայի դեսպանատունը դիմումներ չի ընդունում

«Հայաստանում Չեխիայի դեսպանատունը իր պաշտոնական էջում արցախցիների հանդեպ անթաքույց դիսկրիմինացիա է իրականացնում»,-MediaHub-ին ասաց արցախցի Գուրգեն Բաղդասարյանը։ Նա պատահական է իմացել այդ մասին, սակայն, մտել է դեսպանատան պաշտոնական էջ ու համոզվել, որ 070 ծածկագիր ունեցող քաղաքացիների անձնագրերն այլևս` նույնիսկ ճամփորդական չեն։
Փաստորեն այս տարվա սեպտեմբերի 1-ից Չեխիայի Հանրապետությունը պաշտոնապես չի ճանաչում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության՝ 070 կոդով տրամադրված ուղևորական փաստաթղթերը: Այս փաստը գրանցված է Prado ուղևորական փաստաթղթերի տվյալների բազայում․
«Մեր գրասենյակը չի կարող ընդունել վիզայի հայտեր, եթե ներկայացված են 070 կոդով անձնագրերով»,-նշված է կայքում:
Գուրգենն այս տարվա հուլիսին Արցախի իր անձնագրով մուլտիվիզայով այցելել է Գերմանիա, ապա Ավստրիա ու Չեխիա։ Ելքի արտոնագիր նրան հեշտ չի տրվել։ Պատճառը դարձյալ Արցախի քաղաքացիությունն է եղել, ավելի ճիշտ՝ 070 կոդը։
«Գերմանիայի դեսպանատունը սկզբից հրաժարվել է տրամադրել ելքի վիզա, բայց խնդիրը հանրայնացնելուց հետո կանչել ու վերցրել են անձնագիրս։ Փաստորեն, միայն հանրային պարսավանքով են լուծվում այսօրինակ խնդիրները»,-նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը, հավելելով, որ առաջինը պետք է ՀՀ-ն ընդունի ու վավերացնի 070 կոդով անձնագրերը․ «Հետևաբար ինչո՞ւ Չեխիայից կամ մյուս պետություններից պետք է նեղանանք»։
Նշենք, որ կառավարությունն այս մասով հստակեցրել է, թե՝ անձնագրերը ուղղակի տրվել են Արցախի բնակիչներին որպես ճամփորդական փաստաթուղթ (travel document), այսինքն՝ որպես փաստաթուղթ, որով հնարավորություն կլինի դուրս գալ երկրից, ճամփորդել։
