Արարատ Միրզոյանը Լեհաստանից ՀՀ դիվանագիտությունն է ներկայացնում, իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այս ամբիոնից ասաց, թե Արարատ Միզրոյանը ստում է:
Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանը:
Վերջինս ցույց տվեց ԱԳ նախարարի պատասխանը պատգամավորների գրավոր հարցմանը, որով նա ասել է՝ նպատակահարմար չի համարում խաղաղության փաստաթղթին նրանց ծանոթանալը:
«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին թվում է, թե պետական համակարգն իր դուքանն է, կուզի թույլ կտա, չի ուզի թույլ չի տա»,- ասաց Մանուկյանը:
Պատգամավորն իր գրադարանից թուրքերեն լեզվով թուրք հեղինակաների գրքեր էր բերել Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին և հայտարարեց՝ քանի որ Փաշինյանը գրքեր նվեր ստանալ շատ է սիրում այդ գքրերից մեկը կնվիրի նրան:
Ի պատասխան Փաշինյանն ասաց՝ եթե դեմ չեք, բոլորն էլ տվեք: Անդրադառնալով Արարատ Միրզոյանի վերաբերյալ պատգամավորի ասածներին, Փաշինյանն ասաց. «Ախր, պարոն Մանուկյան, այնպիսի պնդումներ եք անում, որ մարդ փշաքաղվում է: Նախ ասացիք, թե ասել եմ՝ Արարատ Միրզոյանը ստում է, հետո կարդացիք իր պատասխպանը: Արարատ Միզրոյանն ասել է՝ նապատակահարամար չենք համարում. ես եմ Արարատ Միրզոյանին հանձնարարել, որ նպատակահարմար չհամարի: նախարարները պարտավոր են կատարել վարչապետի հանձնարարականներն ըստ ՀՀ օերնսդրության»,- ասաց վարչապետը:
Փաշինյանը նաև հայտարարեց, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմը սցենարով գնացած պատերազմ էր, և այդ սցենարը չի գրվել Հայաստանում, բայց Հայաստանում գտնվող շատ մարդիկ այդ սցենարի մեջ են եղել և եղել են՝ իմանալով: «Դա եղել է պատերազմ՝ ՀՀ-ն որպես պետություն ոչնչացնելու համար»,- շեշտեց նա:
Մանուկյանն էլ հակադարձեց՝ ասելով, թե չի հասկանում արդյոք սցենարի մի մաս էր, որ 4 տարի առաջ այս օրը հրթիռ էր Աբովյանի երկնքում, իսկ ՀՀ վարչապետը գործը թողած՝ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանի գործն էր անում՝ ֆեյսբուքներում գրառումներ անելով:
Պատգամավորն անդրադարձավ նաև Փաշինյանի՝ Նյու Յորքում «Թուրքական տուն» այցելությանը: Նա ասաց, որ Հունաստանի վարչապետն էլ է Էրդողանի հետ հանդիպել, բայց ՄԱԿ-ի շենքում: «Հայաստանի շատ ղեկավարներ էլ, երբ ունեցել են հանդիպում էրդողանի հետ, հանդիպել են միջազգային այդ հարթակում, ոչ թե թուրքական տանը»,- ասաց նա:
Փաշինյանն հակադարձեց, թե չի ուզում ներկայացնել՝ մեր տարածաշրջանից Հայաստանից տասնյակ անգամ ավելի հզոր ինչ երկրների ղեկավարներն են այդ նույն տեղը հանդիպում ունեցել:
Մանուկյանն ի վերջո Փաշինյանին նվիրեց «Աշխարհի մտավորականները՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին» թուրքերեն լեզվով թուրք հեղինակի գիրքը:
