Բռնի տեղահանված արցախցիների ընդամենը 3 տոկոսն է ստացել ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Պաշտոնական տեղեկության համաձայն, 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 26-ի դրությամբ` Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված 112 հազար 233 անձ է դիմել ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության կարգավիճակ ստանալու համար: Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ նրանցից ընդամենը 4918-ն է դիմել ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու խնդրանքով, ավելին՝ նրանցից 83-ը հետո իրենց դիմումները հետ են վերցրել: Նշյալ օրվա դրությամբ քաղաքացիություն է տրվել 3226 արցախցու։ Եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ վերջին թարմացված տվյալներով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանվել է 115 հազար 359 քաղաքացի, ապա ստացվում է, որ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու համար դիմել է ընդամենը 4 տոկոսը, քաղաքացիություն է ստացել մոտ 3 տոկոսը:
Ինչի՞ մասին են խոսում այս թվերը: Հասկանալի է՝ արցախցիները մտավախություն ունեն, որ կզրկվեն տեղահանվածներին տրվող աջակցությունից։ Բայց դա ամենաերկրորդական հարցն է: Կա մեծ մտավախություն, որ քաղաքացիություն ընդունելով՝ կփակվի Արցախ վերադարձի հեռանկարը։ Իսկ արցախցիները չեն կորցրել հույսը՝ վերադառնալ Արցախ: Ի տարբերություն Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, բռնի տեղահանված արցախցիների համար Արցախի թեման փակված չէ:
Մյուսը՝ նրանք չեն վստահում Հայաստանի ներկա իշխանություններին, որոնք որևէ հեղինակություն չունեն արցախցիների աչքերում, ավելին՝ չունեն բարոյական իրավունք դատողություններ անելու՝ կապված բռնի տեղահանվածների ճակատագրի հետ, որոնց անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է «ջնջել» Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների ցանկից:
