Մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովը վերահսկողական միջոցառումներ է իրականացրել «Տոմատի մածուկ» անվանումով ապրանքների շրջանառության ոլորտում: Այս մասին հայտնում են Մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովից։
Հաղորդագրության մեջ մասնավորապես ասվում է.
« «ROYAL», «ARTFOOD», «ANTARI», «ՄԱՊ», «YAN», «NAYIRI FOOD», «КУХМАСТЕР», «Արարատ Քենինգ ֆեքթըրի», «Արարատի Սննդի Կոմբինատ», «PRIMO» անվանումներով տոմատի մածուկների առնչությամբ խախտումներ չեն հայտնաբերվել:
Միաժամանակ, վերահսկողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում հարուցվել են թվով 12 վարույթներ, որոնց արդյունքում 10 վարույթներով պատասխանողների նկատմամբ պատասխանատվության միջոցներ են կիրառվել՝ հասարակության մոլորեցման դրսևորմամբ անբարեխիղճ մրցակցության համար, իսկ 2 վարույթներ դեռևս գտնվում են քննության փուլում։
Վարույթներով արձանագրվել է, որ «Տոմատի մածուկ» անվանումով ապրանքները չեն համապատասխանել Տոմատային խտացրած մթերքների ընդհանուր տեխնիկական պայմանների միջպետական ստանդարտին (ԳՕՍՏ 3343-2017) և Մաքսային միության հանձնաժողովի 2011 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 9-ի թիվ 880 որոշմամբ ընդունված «Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության մասին» Մաքսային միության տեխնիկական կանոնակարգին։ Մասնավորապես, այդ ապրանքներում պակաս է եղել լուծված չոր նյութերի զանգվածային մասը և/կամ ավել է եղել քլորիդների զանգվածային մասը: Այդ ապրանքներն են՝
