Այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 4-ին, մահվան ելքով վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 19։30-ի սահմաններում «Kia» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան Առնո Բաբաջանյան փողոցից դեպի Արգավանդի խաչմերուկ տանող հատվածում՝ հետիոտնային անցման վրա, վրաերթի է ենթարկել 4 հետիոտնի։

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վարորդը փախուստի չի դիմել, իսկ վրաերթի ենթարկվածներին առաջինը օգնության են հասել հարևանությամբ գործող գազալցակայանի աշխատակիցներն ու քաղաքացիները։

Օպերատիվ են գործել նաև շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը, ովքեր վիրավորներին մինչև «Աստղիկ» բժշկական կենտրոն տեղափոխելը տեղում առաջին բուժօգնություն են ցուցաբերել։

Մինչ դեպքի վայրում պարեկները սահմանազատել են տարածքը, հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ է ստացվում ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժին, որ վրաերթի ենթարկվածներից 1-ը, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է։

Դեպքի փաստով քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որտեղ էլ պարզվում են վարորդի, մահացածի և վիրավորների ինքնությունը։

Վարորդը տեղում ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության, եղել է ոչ սթափ (խմած) և իր մոտ այդ պահին վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական չի ունեցել։

Դեպքի հարևանությամբ բնակվող քաղաքացիներին էլ իրենց զայրույթն էին հայտնում, ասելով ու մատնանշելով, որ նշված հատվածում հետիոտնային անցումը ոչ ճիշտ ձևով է նշված, արտաքին լուսավորությունն էլ բացակայում է։ Լույսերից միայն մեկն է աշխատում, այն էլ սովետական տարիներից է տեղադրված, հետիոտնի համար նախատեսված ցուցանակն էլ տևական ժամանակ պոկված և ընկած է ու նշված վայրում մահվան ելքով 9-րդ վրաերթն է տեղի ունեցել, իսկ պատկան մարմինները գոնե այս ողբերգական վրաերթից հետո հետևություններ անեն։

Քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվում է ՊԾ Երևան քաղաքի գնդի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։
