Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն իր պահանջներն է ներկայացրել Հայաստանի խաղաղարար հայտարարությունների առիթով

Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի քարտուղարի հայտարարությունները Հայաստանի խաղաղարար դիրքորոշման մասին, «որը զինվում է հարձակողական զենքի բոլոր տեսակներով եւ Սահմանադրությունում եւ իրավական այլ ակտերում տարածքային հավակնություններ է ներկայացնում Ադրբեջանին, մանիպուլյացիա են»,- ասել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Այհան Հաջիզադեն՝ մեկնաբանելով ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղարի վերջին հայտարարությունը։

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները, Հաջիզադեի խոսքով՝ «Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղարը հղում է կատարում ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարանի վերջերս ընդունած որոշմանը Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությանը այն կանոնակարգի համապատասխանության մասին, որը կարգավորում է Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովի համատեղ գործունեությունը, որպես այն բանի հաստատում, որ իրենց Սահմանադրությունում հարեւանների հանդեպ տարածքային պահանջներ չկան»։

«Ստուգելով այս հայտարարության վերաբերյալ փաստերը՝ բավական է հիշել, որ հայկական կողմը դեռ 2010թ. հունվարին չի հրաժարվել այսպես կոչված Արեւմտյան Հայաստանի հավակնություններից, երբ մանրամասն հիմնավորված էր Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշումը սահմանադրությանը Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման արձանագրությունների համապատասխանության մասին։

Հայաստանը պետք է զերծ մնա հակասական հայտարարություններից, սադրիչ բնույթի քայլերից, իր գործունեությամբ եւ իրական քայլերով ցուցադրի հարգանքը միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի եւ սկզբունքների հանդեպ»,- ասել է նա։

Հատկանշական է, որ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղարը, բնավ չկարմրելով, խոսում է միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերից եւ որոշել է մոռանալ իր մինչեւ ատամները զինված երկրի, իր ղեկավարության մշտական ագրեսիվ հայտարարությունների, Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի օկուպացման, Արցախից հայ բնակչության բռնի տեղահանման, նրանց մշակույթի եւ պատմության ոչնչացման ու շատ այլ բաների մասին։ Հետաքրքիր է նաեւ այն, որ այժմ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն միահյուսել է նաեւ Թուրքիայի հարցը, որի համար բազմաթիվ պատասխաններ կան։
