Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը հոկտեմբերի 4-ին մասնակցել է «Գլոբալ անապահովությունից դեպի ընդհանուր անվտանգություն. կանանց դերը խաղաղության կառուցման գործում» 14-րդ միջազգային կոնֆերանսին: ‼️
Միջոցառման նպատակն էր բարելավել կանանց ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը ժողովրդավարական գործընթացներում։
Պաշտպանը «Կանայք խաղաղությունը վերցնում են իրենց ձեռքը» պանելային քննարկմանը հանդես է եկել որպես բանախոս:
Քննարկումների ընթացքում մասնակիցներն անդրադարձել են ժամանակակից աշխարհում կանանց դերի կարևորությանը, համաշխարհային խաղաղության և անվտանգության հարցերում նրանց ներգրավվածությանը, իրավահավասարության ապահովմանը և այլն։
Անահիտ Մանասյանն իր խոսքում անդրադարձել է մարդու իրավունքների հիմքում ընկած կարևոր գաղափարներին՝ հանդուրժողականությանը և համերաշխությանը, քանի որ անհնար է պատկերացնել խաղաղության որևէ գործընթաց առանց այս երկու գաղափարների։
Ըստ Պաշտպանի՝ մեր նման հասարակություններում հանդուրժողականության և համերաշխության մասին խոսելը որոշակի առումով մարտահրավերային է։
«Հանդուրժողականության և համերաշխության մասին խոսում և այդ գաղափարները խոսքի մակարդակում կարևորում են բոլորը, բայց երբ գործնական մակարդակում ենք անդրադառնում թեմային, հասկանում ենք, որ խնդիրները բազմաթիվ են»,- ասել է Անահիտ Մանասյանը։
Պաշտպանը խոսել է որոշումներ կայացնելու գործընթացում կանանց ներգրավվածության խթանման մասին` ընդգծելով, որ կանանց ներգրավվածությունը կարևոր է կառավարման ոչ միայն միջին, այլ նաև որոշումների կայացման մակարդակում։
Անահիտ Մանասյանն ընդգծել է, որ այսօր կանանց առաջնորդությունը շատ ավելի մարտահրավերային է, քան տղամարդկանցը։
«Կանայք շատ հաճախ թիրախավորվում են այնպիսի հիմքերով, որոնցով տղամարդիկ երբեք չեն թիրախավորվի։ Ընդ որում` այդ գործընթացները հաճախ նախաձեռնում ու իրականացնում են հենց կանայք, ինչը խնդիրները շատ ավելի մարտահրավերային է դարձնում: Վստահ եմ` մենք ինքներս պետք է լինենք այն փոփոխությունների հեղինակը և այն օրինակը, որ ուզում ենք մեր միջավայրում տեսնել, իսկ մեր կյանքի որակը պետք է որոշենք մեր իսկ կատարած ընտրությունների և ընդունած որոշումների արդյունքում»,- ասել է Անահիտ Մանասյանը:
Ավարտելով խոսքը՝ Անահիտ Մանասյանը շեշտել է, որ յուրաքանչյուրս մեր օրինակով պետք է նպաստի համերաշխ հասարակական միջավայրի ձևավորմանը, կանանց հնարավորությունների ամրապնդմանն ու նրանց իրավունքների խթանմանը։
