Վիճաբանություն, ծեծկռտուք՝ Արմավիրի մարզում․ կան վիրավորներ․ հնչել են կրակոցներ

Այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 5-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում։ Ժամը 11։30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչությունում և ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Երասխահուն գյուղի գերեզմանատան հարևանությամբ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել և կան տուժածներ։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր է մեկնել ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Հովհաննես Արիստակեսյանը, ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնի պետ Վոլոդյա Գևորգյանը։
Մինչ ոստիկանները կժամանեին դեպքի վայր ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժին է զանգահարել Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 50-ամյա Սամվել Ավդոյանը, ով հայտնել է, որ նշված գյուղի գերեզմանատան մոտ իր նախկին խնամիների հետ վատ հարաբերություն ունենալու պատճառով կռիվ է սկսվել ու այդ ժամանակ Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 42-ամյա Թոռուն Օզմանյանը ինքնաձիգից կրակոց է արձակել։
Արդեն գյուղ ժամանած ոստիկաններին Ս․ Ավդոյանը հայտնել է, որ կրակոցի ժամանակ իր մայրը Թ․ Օզմանյանի ձեռքից վերցրել է ինքնաձիգը և շպրտել։
Նա հայտնել է նաև, որ վիճաբանության ժամանակ էլ կանայք հարձակվել են իր վրա ու իրեն ճանկռել, ասելով, որ բզիկ-բզիկ են անելու։
Ոստիկանները Ս․ Ավդոյանի մատնանշած վայրում հրազեն կամ հրազենի նմանվող առարկաներ, կրակոցի հետքեր ու պարկուճներ չեն հայտնաբերել։
Այնուհետև պարզվել է, որ ժամը 11։00-ի սահմաններում Ս․ Ավդոյանը Երասխահուն գյուղում գտնվող եզդիների գերեզմանատանը իր երկու տղաների, Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչներ 26-ամյա Քյարամ Ավդոյանի և 24-ամյա Արմանջ Ավդոյանի հետ կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել են Թ․ Օզմանյանի ու նրա հարազատների հետ, որը մոտ 15 րոպե վերածվել է փոխադարձ ծեծկռտուքի, միմյանց հասցեին հնչեցրել են հայհոյանքներ, այդ կերպ կոպիտ կերպով խախտել են հասարակական կարգը։
Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների դրա արդյունքում Թ․ Օզմանյանի մայրը, Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 62-ամյա Բասե Օզմանյանը «Արմավիր» բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապ օգնության կողմից տեղում բուժօգնություն է ստացել, ապա «ԳՈՒՎ, գլխի փափուկ հյուսվածքների սալջարդ» մարմնական վնասվածքով տեղափոխվել է «Արմավիր» բժշկական կենտրոն, իսկ Ա․ Ավդոյանը ստացել է ձախ քունքային հատվածի վնասվածք ։
Դեպքի վայրում Ս․ Ավդոյանը ոստիկաններին, ապա ժամանած ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության քննիչներին՝ վարչության պետ Հրաչյա Ղազարյանի գլխավորությամբ հայտնել է, որ ծեծկռտուքի ժամանակ Թ․ Օզմանյանը իր մոտ եղած ատրճանակից կրակոց է արձակել իր ուղղությամբ։
Ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել են Թ․ Օզմանյանին, կասկածանքով ձերբակալել և տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժին, որտեղից նրան ներկայացրել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
Դեպքի փաստով «խուլիգանություն» հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, սակայն ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները ունեն նաև կասկածներ, որ երկու կողմն էլ գույները խտացնում է։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով կռվի մասնակցիներից Ս․ Ավդոյանը նախկինում քննիչ է աշխատել։
