Ամերիկացի ռեփեր, պրոդյուսեր Փի Դիդիի (իրական անունը՝ Շոն Քոմբս-Խմբ.) մայրը՝ Ջենիս Սմոլս Քոմբսը, որդու շուրջ ծագած սկանդալի ֆոնին, հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ՝ պաշտպանելով աստղին: Այս մասին գրում է Daily Mail-ը, մանրամասնելով, որ Փի Դիդիին մեղադրում են սեռական թրաֆիքինգի համար, նրա դեմ ներկայացվել է սեռական ոտնձգության ավելի քան 100 մեղադրանք:
«Որպես մայր՝ խորապես վշտացած եմ որդուս՝ Շոն Կոմբսի դեմ ներկայացված մեղադրանքների առնչությամբ: Սիրտս կեղեքվում է՝ տեսնելով, որ որդուս դատում են ոչ թե ճշմարտության, այլ ստից ստեղծված պատմվածքի համար: Ականատես եմ լինում որդուս հրապարակային լինչի դատաստանին, քանի որ նա դեռ հնարավորություն չի ունեցել ապացուցել իր անմեղությունը: Սա չափազանց անտանելի ցավ է բառերով արտահայտելու համար», - ասել է 84-ամյա Ջենիսը։
Նա ընդգծել է, իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող լուրերը հանգեցրել են նրան, որ դաշնային իշխանությունները հետաքննություն են սկսել նրա նկատմամբ:
«Դաշնային կառավարությունն այժմ օգտագործում է այս ստերը՝ իմ որդուն քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար: Այս անարդարությունն անտանելի է մեր ընտանիքի համար», - նշել է մեղադրյալի մայրը։
Նա որդու «աջակիցներին, երկրպագուներին, գործընկերներին, ընկերներին և հանրությանը կոչ է արել չդատել նրան, քանի դեռ հնարավորություն չեն ունեցել լսելու նրա վարկածը»:
«Իմ տղան այն հրեշը չէ, որին նրանք ներկայացնում են, և նա արժանի է իր տեսակետը պատմելու հնարավորությանը: Ես կարող եմ միայն աղոթել, որ ողջ լինեմ, որպեսզի տեսնեմ, որ նա պատմում է իր ճշմարտությունը և արդարանում»:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ. աստղը մեղադրվում է սեռական թրաֆիքինգի, բռնաբարության, ոտնձգությունների, կաշառակերության, կողոպուտի, սպանության փորձի և այլնի համար:
Բայց ամենից շատ հասարակությունը զարմացել է «սպիտակ երեկույթների» ի հայտ եկած մանրամասներից, որոնք Փի Դիդին տասնամյակներ շարունակ կազմակերպել էր Հոլիվուդի գլխավոր աստղերի համար: Քննիչների տվյալներով՝ այս երեկույթների ժամանակ աստղի առանձնատներում տեղի են ունեցել զանգվածային օրգիաներ, բռնաբարություններ, մանկապղծություններ և թմրանյութերի բռնի ընդունում։
