Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրենը մասնակցել է Ներքին Աուդիտորների Ինստիտուտ-Հայաստանի միջազգային համաժողովին

Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը մասնակցել է «Կառավարում, Ռիսկեր, Վերահսկողություն. Համագործակցության Խթանում» խորագրով միջազգային համաժողովին, որպես պանելային խոսնակ: 

Համաժողովը կազմակերպել է Ներքին Աուդիտորների Ինստիտուտ Հայաստանը՝ ներգրավելով շուրջ 200 առաջատար մասնագետների՝ ինչպես Հայաստանի, այնպես էլ արտերկրի մասնավոր, հանրային և ֆինանսական ոլորտներից: Ucom ընկերությունը հանդես է եկել որպես համաժողովի պլատինե գործընկեր:

Պարոն Յիրիկյանը պանելային քննարկման ժամանակ անդրադարձել է կորպորատիվ կառավարման գործընթացներում ներքին աուդիտի կարևորությանը: 

«Ներքին աուդիտը կարևոր դեր է խաղում կազմակերպության առողջ կորպորատիվ կառավարման համակարգի ստեղծման մեջ։ Երբ գործադիր ղեկավարությունը աջակցում է ներքին աուդիտին, կառավարման գործընթացները ավելի արդյունավետ են դառնում, ինչը ավելացնում է կազմակերպության թափանցիկությունը և դրականորեն անդրադառնում նրա հեղինակության վրա։ Այսպիսով, արդյունավետ ներքին աուդիտը պաշտպանում է ոչ միայն ֆինանսական կայունությունը, այլ նաև նպաստում է կազմակերպության հաջողությանը և աճին», - պանելային քննարկման ընթացքում նշել է Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։ 

«Մենք ուրախ ենք համագործակցել Ucom ընկերության հետ, որը մեզ տրամադրեց բացառիկ հարթակ՝ քննարկելու կորպորատիվ կառավարման և ներքին աուդիտի ոլորտի վերջին ձեռքբերումներն ու հետագա զարգացման միտումները` վերջիններս հայաստանյան ընկերություններում ներդնելու և հաջողությամբ կիրարկելու նախապայմանները։ Պարոն Յիրիկյանի մասնակցությունը մեր պանելային քննարկմանը հատկապես կարևոր էր, քանի որ նա գործադիրի տեսանկյունից փայլուն ներկայացրեց կորպորատիվ կառավարման և աուդիտի գործընթացներում համագործակցության անգնահատելի դերը: Սա հրաշալի օրինակ է, թե ինչպես արդյունավետ գործընկերությունը կարող է իրական արժեք բերել մեր ընդհանուր հաջողություններին» - նշել է «Ներքին աուդիտորների ինստիտուտ-Հայաստան» ՀԿ-ի նախագահ Արա Չալաբյանը:

Նշենք, որ Ներքին աուդիտորների ինստիտուտ-Հայաստանը «Institute of Internal Auditors-Global» միջազգային կազմակերպության գործընկերն է Հայաստանում: Ինստիտուտն ունի ավելի քան 170 անդամ, պետական և մասնավոր կազմակերպություններից ներքին աուդիտի և ռիսկերի կառավարման ոլորտում: Այն Հայաստանում ներքին աուդիտի ոլորտը ներկայացնող ամենամեծ կառույցն է:
