«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

eadaily.com-ը «Դիվանագիտական կոռեկտությունը՝ որպես թուլություն» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ վերջերս ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորները խորհրդարանում կառավարության ժամին ապարդյուն փորձել էին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից ճշտել, թե արդյո՞ք հաշտության պայմանագրում «ռևանշիզմը» բացառելու և ադրբեջանցի փախստականներին Հայաստան վերադարձնելու կետեր կան: Հարցը տրվել էր մի քանի անգամ տարբեր ձևակերպումներով և բաց տեքստով, սակայն հստակ պատասխան չէր եղել։ Փոխարենը Փաշինյանը մեղադրել էր ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներին ադրբեջանական նարատիվ քարոզելու մեջ։ Բացի այդ, անդրադառնալով խաղաղության պայմանագրի բովանդակությանը, նա ասել էր. «Այստեղ գաղտնիության հարց չկա, կա դիվանագիտական կոռեկտության հարց»։

Դիվանագիտական կոռեկտությունը, իհարկե, անհրաժեշտ է և կարևոր։ Բայց միայն այն դեպքում, երբ հակառակորդը ունի փոխադարձ կոռեկտություն: Հենց դրա մասին է խոսել «Ընկեր գեներալ» տելեգրամյան ալիքի հեղինակը. «Խոսքն ամենևին էլ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարի անմեղսունակ և անբարեխիղճ պահանջների մասին չէ, որոնց շնորհիվ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի հեռանկարները զրոյանում են։ Բանն այլ է: Փաստն այն է, որ Ալիևը ջանասիրաբար ու մեթոդաբար ձևակերպում է այդ պահանջները միջազգային հարթակներում։ Նրա ասած ամենաթարմ բաներն են. - չար հայերը ժամանակին մեկ միլիոն ադրբեջանցիների են վտարել Ղարաբաղից, - չար հայերը պետք է «դատապարտեն գերեվարված և պատանդ ադրբեջանցիների նկատմամբ իրականացված վայրագությունները և պատժեն մեղավորներին»։ Բայց Ալիևը դա ասել է ոչ թե խոհանոցում իր կնոջ առջև, այլ Բաքվում կայացած միջազգային համաժողովում։ Ալիևն իր ցանկացած նախաձեռնության համար Բաքու է քարշ տալիս ինչ-որ «միջազգային մասնագետների»՝ լինի դա «ֆրանսիական գաղութատիրության», «ղարաբաղյան անջատողականության», հիմա էլ «հայկական վանդալիզմի» դեմ տխրահռչակ պայքարը։

Բաքվի հյուրերի՝ խավիար ուտելու սովորույթների մասին կարող եք կատակել որքան ուզում եք, բայց դա ստացվում է։ Իսկ հիմա հիշեցրեք՝ ե՞րբ են վերջին անգամ Երևանում անցկացվել թիրախավորված միջազգային ֆորումներ՝ նվիրված ադրբեջանական վանդալիզմին, մարդկության դեմ ադրբեջանական հանցագործություններին և ադրբեջանական հայատյացությանը։ Նույնիսկ Հայոց ցեղասպանությունն է դադարել լինել միջազգային քննարկումների թեմա։ Ինչի՞ մասին է Հայաստանը խոսում միջազգային հարթակներում: Փաշինյանը վերջերս ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայում ունեցած ելույթում ամենատարբեր անհեթեթություններ էր ասում կյանքի նկատմամբ դրական վերաբերմունքի մասին։ ԱԳ նախարար Միրզոյանը Վարշավայի անվտանգության ֆորումում դժգոհել էր, որ «լուրջ մտահոգություն կա Ադրբեջանի հետագա ռազմական ծրագրերի առնչությամբ հենց Հայաստանի տարածքների վերաբերյալ», քանի որ «այսօր ադրբեջանական կողմը խոսում է «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» մասին, որն, իրենց կարծիքով, ներառում է գրեթե ամբողջ Հայաստանի տարածքը»։

Հայաստանն ընդհանրապես չունի արտաքին քաղաքական նպատակներ կամ կուրս։ Փաշինյանին ամեն գնով պետք է միայն խաղաղության պայմանագիր, և երկրի քաղաքացիներին պատուհասած ցանկացած անախորժությունների համար մեղքի պարբերական փոխանցում ուրիշներին։ Եվ նման իրավիճակում, նման «գործընկերոջ» դեպքում մեղք կլինի չառաջադրել ամենաանհեթեթ պնդումներն ու ամենադաժան պահանջները։ Ինչն էլ անում է Ալիևը: Եվ դա առանց Փաշինյանի նվազագույն դիմադրության»։
