Ստեղծվել է ձեռքի էկզոպրոթեզ՝ ուղեղի կաթվածից և վնասվածքներից հետո վերականգնման համար

էկզոպրոթեզային ձեռքով՝ վնասվածքներից և ուղեղի կաթվածից հետո վերականգնման համար Տոմսկի պետական համալսարանի բժշկական գործիքավորման CyberMed լաբորատորիայում ռոբոտացված համակարգի ֆունկցիոնալ նախատիպ է ստեղծվել: Ի տարբերություն նմանակների՝ այս համակարգն ավելի շարժական է և հնարավորություն է տալիս ավելի շատ վերականգնողական վարժություններ կատարել, ТАСС-ին հայտնել են համալսարանի մամուլի ծառայությունից։
«Գիտնականների մշակումը երկու մասից բաղկացած ծրագրային և գործիքային համալիր է: Առաջին մասը, հիվանդի առողջ վերջույթի շարժման մասին տեղեկություն հավաքող կամ հիվանդի հետ աշխատող վերականգնող բժշկի շարժումները կրկնող պատճենող սարք է։ Երկրորդ մասը ձեռքի ռոբոտացված էկզոպրոթեզ է։ Այն հնարավորություն է ընձեռում կրկնել շարժումները՝ հետևելով օպերատորին կամ հիվանդի առողջ ձեռքին՝ ուղեղի կեղևում վնասված նյարդային կապերը վերականգնելու համար»,-պատմել են համալսարանում։
Այս մոդուլները կառավարելու համար լաբորատորիայի աշխատակիցները հատուկ ծրագրային ապահովում են ստեղծել: Նման համալիրը կարող է կազմաձևվել «ավատար» ռեժիմով գործողություններ կատարելու համար, այսինքն՝ էկզոպրոթեզը կրկնելու է հիվանդի կամ վերականգնողական օպերատորի առողջ ձեռքի շարժումները։ Ծրագրերը նաև հնարավորություն են տալիս նշված տնային պայմաններում վարժությունների շարք կատարել:
Էկզոպրոթեզը մշակվում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կրթության և գիտության նախարարության դրամաշնորհի և պետական հանձնարարականի շնորհիվ: Գիտնականները նշում են, որ վերականգնողական օժանդակ միջոցների ռուսական շուկայի ծավալը գնահատվում է մոտավորապես 30 միլիարդ ռուբլի, մինչդեռ հաշմանդամ դարձած մեկ հիվանդից պետության վնասը կազմում է տարեկան մոտ 1,2 միլիոն ռուբլի: Շարժողական ակտիվության խանգարում է նկատվում 80%-ի շրջանում, մինչդեռ ուղեղի կաթված տարածների կեսը չի կարող ինքնուրույն քայլել կամ կողմնակի օգնություն է պահանջում:
