Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն այսօր ընդունելու է Հայաստանի վարչապետին և Ադրբեջանի նախագահին։ Փաշինյանը երեկ է մեկնել Մոսկվա՝ մասնակցելու Պուտինի 72-ամյակի արարողությանն ու ԱՀ երկրների ղեկավարների գագաթնաժողովին։

Երեկ ավելի ուշ Պուտինի օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովը հայտարարեց, թե ՌԴ նախագահն առանձին հանդիպումներ կունենա Փաշինյանի ու Ալիևի հետ։ ՌԴ նպատակը Ուշակովը չի էլ թաքցրել, մասնակցել հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացին։ Հանդիպումների օրակարգում Բաքվի և Երևանի հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հարցն է՝ 2020 թվականի եռակողմ համաձայնագրերի հիման վրա։ Ըստ ՌԴ նախագահի օգնականի, խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ սևագիր աշխատանքն արվել է Մոսկվայում, և Արևմուտքը պարզապես «սողոսկում» է բանակցային գործընթաց։

Մեծ հավանականությամբ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրաժարվելու է Մոսկվայի ներգրավումից, թերևս հենց այդ պատճառով էլ հրաժարվել է եռակողմ հանդիպումից, իսկ Մոսկվան չի թողնում ներգրավելու խոսակցությունները։ Երևանն ավելի վաղ մի քանի անգամ հրաժարվել է Մոսկվայի առաջարկած բանակցային հարթակից։

Իրավիճակն այժմ ամենևին էլ բարենպաստներից չէ Հայաստանի համար։ Ադրբեջանից հնչում են ԱՄՆ հետ հարաբերությունների մակարդակը նվազեցնելու, ամերիկյան բազմաթիվ նախագծերից հրաժարվելու կոչեր։ Բաքուն, ըստ էության, նախընտրում է Ռուսաստանի հետ շփումները, իսկ Հայաստանի հակառուսական քաղաքականության համատեքստում դա լուրջ վտանգներ է պարունակում հայկական կողմի համար։
