Դաժան սպանություն Լոռիում. դիակը հրկիզել ու թաղել էին դաշտում

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում, քննչական համակարգված և տակտիկապես նպատակային կազմակերպված գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է 2024թ. հուլիսի 9-ի լույս 10-ի գիշերը Լոռու մարզի Լոռի բերդ համայնքում կատարված սպանությունը, հայտնաբերվել է տուժողի՝ տևական ժամանակ փնտրվող մարմինը։
Քննությամբ, մասնավորապես, պարզվել է, որ նշված օրը 3 ընկերներ, այդ թվում՝ մեկն անչափահաս, և վերջինիս եղբայրը, գտնվելով Լոռի բերդ բնակավայրի տներից մեկում, անձնական հարցերի շուրջ առաջացած վիճաբանության ընթացքում խմբի կազմում, փոխլրացնելով միմյանց գործողությունները, ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկել՝ սպանել են Ստեփանավան քաղաքի բնակիչ Հ.Մաղաքյանին, ապա վերջինիս դին OPEL VECTRA մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով տեղափոխել և թաքցրել են այլ վայրում։
Կատարված քննչական մեծածավալ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ դիակը տեղափոխել են Ստեփանավան քաղաք մոտակա դաշտավայր, որտեղ հրկիզել են այն և թաղել։ Դիակը հայտնաբերվել է հոկտեմբերի 9-ին։
Նշված անձանցից 3-ին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետով, իսկ անչափահաս անձին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։
Նշված անձանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանքը։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցները՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները լիարժեք պարզելու նպատակով։
Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
