«Նա ամեն օր ռետինը ձեռքին փորձում է տարբեր մեխանիզմներով ջնջել մեր հիշողությունը, ամեն կերպ արդարացնելով թշնամական երկրի բոլոր գործողությունները»,-ասաց նա։
Ըստ Բալայանի՝ ինչ որ տեղից, ինչ որ մեկը թելադրում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ "Քայլերը պարզ ու հստակ են․ ««միացում՝ հանուն փրկության», «անջատում՝ հանուն փրկության», «Արցախի նշաձողի բարձրացում ու իջեցում» և հանուն արդարության նաև նշեմ՝ մի առիթով խոսել է էթնիկ զտման մասին։ Մարդկության դեմ կատարված ամենամեծ հանցանքները մեկ տարի առաջ կատարվել են Արցախում։
Ալիևի «հակաահաբեկչական օպերացիայի» զոհ են դարձել անգամ երեխաները, իսկ սեպտեմբերի 22-ին ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտագության խորհրդի նիստից առաջ նույն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց․ «Արցախի բնակչությանը վտանգ չի սպառնում»։ Սա սովորական նախադասություն չէր, սրանով ոչ միայն արդարացվեց Ադրբեջանը, այլ կանխորոշվեց Արցախի հայաթափումը»,-ընդգծեց իրավապաշտպանը։
Ըստ մեր զրուցակցի, երբ խոսքը վերաբերվել է Արցախին՝ տարբեր ելույթներում Փաշինյանը տարբեր կարծիքներ է արտահայտել։ Բացի այն ժամանակ, երբ «Արցախը Հայաստան էր և վերջ". "2023 թվականի պատերազմից 2 օր անց նա արդարացրել է Ադրբեջանի քայլերը, մեկ շաբաթ հետո մեղադրել, թե՝ Արցախում կատարվածը «էթնիկ զտման ու հայրենազրկման ուղղակի ակտ է, այն, ինչի մասին մենք ահազանգում էինք միջազգային հանրությանը: Այսքանից հետո հավատալ նրան, ապավինել... կարծում եմ, անգամ փոքրերն են հասկանում, որ այս իշխանության օրոք պետք է մոռանանք դեպի Արցախ վերադարձի մեր իրավունքի մասին»,-հավելեց Բալայանը։
