«ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում Երևանի Ջոն Կիրակոսյանի անվան դպրոցի աշխատակիցների մեկի նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 201-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերով։
Քննիչի կողմից կայացվել է նշված աշխատակցին ձերբակալելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու վերաբերյալ որոշում, ինչ և իրականացվել է։
Այս պահին նշված անձի հետ կատարվում են համապատասխան քննչական գործողություններ։
Այլ տեղեկատվություն նախաքննության շահերից ելնելով չի հրապարակվում»։
Նշենք, որ 201-րդ հոդվածը վերաբերում է անառակաբարո արարք կատարելուն՝ վերընթաց ազգականի կամ այն անձի կողմից, որի վրա դրված է երեխայի դաստիարակության, խնամքի կամ բուժման պարտականությունը (201-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետ)։
Բացի այդ, նշվում է, որ հանցանքը կատարվել է հանցավորին դիմադրություն ցույց տալու կամ իր նկատմամբ կատարվող արարքի բնույթը գիտակցելու հնարավորությունից զրկված կամ հոգեկան առողջության խնդիրներ ունեցող անձի նկատմամբ (201-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետ)։
