Հայտնի է` ով է բերման ենթարկված ուսուցիչը

Հայտնել էինք, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում Երևանի Ջոն Կիրակոսյանի անվան դպրոցի աշխատակիցների մեկի նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 201-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերով։
Նշենք, որ ՀՀ ՔՕ 201-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետը վերաբերում է անառակաբարո արարք կատարելուն, որն իրականացվել է երեխայի դաստիարակության, խնամքի կամ բուժման պարտականություն ունեցող անձի կողմից՝ կատարվող արարքի բնույթը գիտակցելու հնարավորությունից զրկված կամ հոգեկան առողջության խնդիրներ ունեցող անձի նկատմամբ։
Ուսուցչի ձերբակալության վերաբերյալ «Հրապարակ»-ին մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել։ Լրատվականը գրում է․ «Մեզ հայտնի է դարձել, թե ով է թիվ 20 դպրոցում դպրոցականների նկատմամբ ենթադրաբար անառակաբարո գործողություններ կատարել։ Նա ֆիզիկայի ուսուցիչ Արամ Ծատուրյանն է։ Վերջինս ԳԹԿ-ից է, գրքերի հեղինակ է։
Դպրոցի տնօրինությունը, ինչպես նաև ֆիզիկայի ուսուցիչը այս պահին Քննչական կոմիտեում են։ Դպրոցում դասապրոցեսն ավարտվել է։ Դպրոցում այս պահին մի քանի ուսուցիչներ կան, որոնք չցանկացան տեսախցիկի առաջ խոսել։ Նրանք մեզ հետ զրույցում ասացին, որ քաղաքապետարանից իրենց արգելել են խոսել։
Քննիչի կողմից կայացվել է նշված աշխատակցին ձերբակալելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու վերաբերյալ որոշում, ինչ և իրականացվել է։
Այս պահին նշված անձի հետ կատարվում են համապատասխան քննչական գործողություններ։
Այլ տեղեկատվություն նախաքննության շահերից ելնելով չի հրապարակվում»։
