Հոկտեմբերի 9-ին Կոտայքի մարզում ուղևորափոխադրում իրականացնող «Գազել»-ի՝ ողբերգական ելքով վթարման դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզվում են նախաքննությամբ:
«2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 9-ին՝ ժամը 15:00-ին Ոստիկանությունից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհին՝ «Բոմբա» անվամբ ակումբի հարակից տարածքում մարդատար «Գազել» մակնիշի տրանսպորտային միջոց է կողաշրջվել, որի հետևանքով կան տուժածներ:
Պարզվել է, որ 2024թ․ հոկտեմբերի 9-ին՝ ժամը 14:30-ի սահմաններում, Կոտայքի մարզի Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի «Չայնիի ոլորաններ» կոչվող հատվածում «Գազել» մակնիշի՝ միջմարզային տրանսպորտ հանդիսացող և ուղևորափոխադրումներ իրականացնող ավտոմեքենան, դեպի Երևան ուղևորափոխադրում իրականացնելու ընթացքում, դուրս է եկել ավտոճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց և ընկել ձորակը։
Դրա հետևանքով ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ են ստացել և 3 տարբեր բժշկական կենտրոններ են տեղափոխվել նշված տրանսպորտային միջոցի վարորդը և 7 ուղևորներ, որոնցից մեկը ճանապարհին մահացել է։ Եվս մեկ ուղևոր վթարի հետևանքով մահացել է տեղում։
Դեպքի առթիվ՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում նույն օրը ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 342-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի շրջանակում ձևավորվել է քննչական խումբ։
Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում պարզվել են ավտոճանապարհի երթևեկելի հատվածում առկա տրանսպորտային միջոցից թողնված հետքերը, երթևեկելի հատվածից դուրս՝ ձորակում հայտնաբերվել է մեկ ուղևորի դի և «Գազել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան՝ գլխիվայր շրջված վիճակում:
8 ուղևորները ճանաչվել են տուժող, նրանց վերաբերյալ նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ։
Տրանսպորտային միջոցի վարորդի կողմից ալկոհոլ օգտագործած լինելու հանգամանքը պարզելու նպատակով նրանից վերցվել է արյան փորձանմուշ, որոշում է կայացվել դատաքիմիական փորձաքննություն նշանակելու մասին:
Նախաքննության ներկա փուլում, բուժհաստատություններից ստացված տեղեկատվության հիման վրա՝ առողջական վիճակով պայմանավորված, տուժողների հետ վարութային գործողություններ հնարավոր չի եղել իրականացնել:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում վթարի պատճառները, դրան նպաստած հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ»,- ասված է ՔԿ հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, հոկտեմբերի 9-ին՝ ժամը 14:56-ին, Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի 20-րդ կմ-ին Իջևան-Դիլիջան-Երևան երթուղին սպասարկող «GAZel» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան (վարորդ՝ Հ. Թ.) կողաշրջվել է:
Վթարի հետևանքով մարմնական տարբեր աստիճանի վնասվածքներով հոսպիտալացվել է 8 անձ, նրանցից 1-ի կյանքը փրկել չի հաջողվել:
