Ես ծանուցվել եմ որպես մեղադրյալ, խնդրում եմ պարզաբանեք, թե ինչ հոդվածով եմ ես մեղադրյալ: Այս մասին դատական նիստի ժամանակ ասաց երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը:
«Ես եկել եմ այստեղ որպես բարի կամքի դրսևորում, ըստ էության ես կարող էի ընդհանրապես չգալ: Եկել եմ մեկ նպատակով, նախ չմտածվի, որ ես կարող է վախեցել եմ դատարան գալուց: Համոզված եմ դուք էլ եք գիտակցում, որ այստեղ խնդիր կա և այն պետք է շտկվի»,- ասաց Քոչարյանը:
Դատավորը նշեց, որ այդ մասով շուտով դատարանը հանգամանալից պարզաբանում կտա:
«Երբ շտկեք, ես հետ կգամ այստեղ, տվյալ դեպքում խնդիր չունեմ այստեղ նստելու: Մինչև դուք շտկեք ես կգնամ ուրիշ տեղ կնստեմ կամ ընդհանրապես լքեմ այս վայրը: Ընդհարապես այս դատական գործը սկսվել է շատ լուրջ խախտումներով, ուղղակի բռնաբարվում է օրենքը, վերսկսելը գոնե սկսեք այնպես, որ նման խնդիրներ չառաջանան»,- ասաց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, ԶՈւ գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ, ՀԱՊԿ նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովը և ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը մեղադրվում էին սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու մեջ։ Մինչ ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը քննում էր գործը, ՍԴ-ն հակասահմանադրական ճանաչեց հոդվածը։
Վճռաբեկ դատարանը սեպտեմբերի 12-ի որոշմամբ բեկանել է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի, Յուրի Խաչատուրովի և մյուսների գործը կարճելու որոշումը և թույլատրել վերաորակավորել մեղադրանքը:
