3 տարի այս գործը պահել են Վճռաբեկ դատարանում, օպերացիան՝ ՍԴ-կազմը փոխելն ավարտել են, հետո Սահմանադրական դատարանը կայացրեց շատ տարօրինակ որոշում, հետ ուղարկվեց Վճռաբեկ:
Այսպես ասենք, մի օպերացիա էր մշակվել, որը տևեց 3 տարի և դրան գումարենք այն փաստը, որ ՍԴ-ում այդ որոշմանը քվեարկել են մարդիկ, որոնք քվեարկելու իրավունք չեն ունեցել:
Հրայր Թովմասյանին չեն թույլատրել մասնակցել այդ հարցի քննարկմանը և հետաքրքիր պատճառաբանությունն էր: Գիտեք ինչպիսինն էր: Իմ փաստաբան Արամ Օրբելյանի հետ ունի քավոր-սանիկ հարաբերություններ: Իսկ հարազատ եղբայրությունը պարզվում է՝ խոչընդոտող հանգամանք չէ:
