ԱՄՆ-ը եւ ՉԺՀ-ն չեն համաձայնեցրել ԿԺԴՀ-ի վերաբերյալ ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի բանաձեւի կոնկրետ բովանդակությունը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Պեկինում Չինաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Վան Իի հետ բանակցությունների ավարտին կայացած համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարել Է ԱՄՆ -ի պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերին: Կողմերը համակարծիք են ընդհանուր նպատակի հարցում, բայց փաստաթղթի տեքստը պետք Է համաձայնեցվի հետագա բանակցությունների ընթացքում, ասել Է նա:
Քերիի խոսքով՝ ԱՄՆ-ը անհրաժեշտ ամեն ինչ կանի իր երկրի ժողովրդին եւ դաշնակիցներին ԿԺԴՀ-ից բխող սպառնալիքից պաշտպանելու համար: «ԿԺԴՀ-ի ծրագիրը սպառնալիք Է աշխարհի բոլոր երկրների համար, այն, թե մենք ինչպես ենք հասկանում դրա նպատակները, ստիպում Է մեզ լրջորեն վերաբերվել այդ սպառնալիքին»,-նշել Է նա:
Մինչդեռ, Քերիի խոսքով՝ Փենյանը կարող Է պատժամիջոցների մեղմացում եւ միջազգային հումանիտար օգնություն ակնկալել, եթե հրաժարվի միջուկային ծրագրից:
Իր հերթին Չինաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Վան Ին հայտարարել Է, որ ԿԺԴՀ-ի վերաբերյալ ՄԱԿ-ի նոր բանաձեւը չպետք Է իրադրության սրում հրահրի Կորեական թերակղզում: Նա նշել Է, որ այդ բանաձեւը պետք Է կողմերին բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ վերադարձնի եւ նպաստի Կորեական թերակղզու միջուկազերծման խնդրի լուծմանը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
