Աշխարհում հայտնվել է կորոնավիրուսի նոր շտամ՝ «Flirt». Վարակաբան և մանկաբույժ Եվգենի Տիմակովը SM.News-ի խմբագիրների հետ կիսվել է վիրուսի մուտացիայի և նախազգուշական միջոցների մասին տեղեկություններով։
Նրա խոսքով՝ վերջին մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում վիրուսով հիվանդացությունն աճել է, և դրա մեղավորը նոր շտամն է։ Իր հիմքում այն շատ չի տարբերվում իր նախորդից՝ Omicron-ից: Այնուամենայնիվ, այս տարբերակը ավելի քիչ մահացու է, քանի որ վիրուսի բնույթն այսպիսին է՝ այն պետք է տարածվի և ապրի կենդանի օրգանիզմում։ Այնուամենայնիվ, «Ֆլիրտը» ավելի վարակիչ է և հիմնականում ազդում է քթի խոռոչի վրա, որտեղ այն սկսում է աճել:
Քանի որ վիրուսը անցնում է մարմնով, այն կարող է առաջացնել նաև շնչառական խնդիրներ, ինչպիսիք են հազը և շնչառությունը: Վերադարձավ նաև հոտի և համի կորստի ախտանիշը։ Տիմակովի խոսքով, գագաթնակետը սպասվում է սեպտեմբերի կեսերին։

Բացի այդ, Տիմակովը զգուշացրել է, որ վիրուսը կարող է բազմանալ նաև աղեստամոքսային տրակտում, սակայն այս միտումը նկատել են միայն երեխաների մոտ։ Այս դեպքում կանխարգելումը ներառում է նաև հատուկ դիետա՝ վիտամիններ, կենսաակտիվ հավելումներ, հանքանյութեր և այլ միկրոէլեմենտներ, որոնք բարենպաստ ազդեցություն ունեն աղեստամոքսային տրակտի միկրոֆլորայի վիճակի վրա:
Ավելին, Տիմակովը հիշեցնում է ձեզ հավատարիմ մնալ քնի և արթնության նորմալ ռեժիմին՝ առանց մարմնի վրա ավելորդ սթրեսի, քանի որ քնի պակասը և ավելորդ սթրեսն ուղղակիորեն ազդում են օրգանիզմի վիրուսին դիմակայելու ունակության վրա, ինչպես նաև բարդացնում են հիվանդության ընթացքը:
