Այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 13-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում։ Ժամը 13։30-ի սահմաններում Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 22-ամյա Սամվել Ե․-ն իր վարած «Nissan» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Արմավիր քաղաքի Բաղրամյան փողոցում՝ «Օսկար» հանդիսությունների սրահի դիմաց, հարվածել է նշված հասցեի մոտ կայանված, Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 38-ամյա Եղիշե Բ․-ին պատկանող «Chevrolet Volt» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային, ապա վրաերթի ենթարկել Եղիշե Բ․-ին և նրա հետ գտնվող՝ Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 43-ամյա Արմեն Հ․-ին։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վարորդը փախուստի չի դիմել, վրաերթի ենթարկվածներն էլ օպերատիվորեն ժամանած «Արմավիր» բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության բժիշկների կողմից նախ տեղում առաջին բուժօգնություն են ստացել, ապա տեղափոխվել «Արմավիր» բժշկական կենտրոն։

Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Արմավիրի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի պարեկները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Մանուկ Սարգսյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Նարեկ Գրիգորյանի և նույն վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի հրամանատար, օրվա պատասխանատու Գեղամ Սմբատյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Տարածքը սահմանազատել են նույն վաշտի պարեկները։

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Հովհաննես Արիստակեսյանը, ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնի պետ Վոլոդյա Գևորգյանն ու բաժնի պետի ծառայության գծով տեղակալ Խումար Մկրտումյանը։

Վթար-վրաերթի մասին ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Հրաչ Ղազարյանի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։

Դեպքի փաստով քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
