СК: Солдат Агаси Даллакян получил смертельное огнестрельное ранение в подбородок

13 октября 2024 года поступило сообщение о том, что в тот же день, около 09:30, на участке охраны N-ской воинской части МО РА было обнаружено тело несущего боевое дежурство военнослужащего той же воинской части Агаси Серожича Даллакяна с огнестрельным ранением в область подбородка.
Как сообщает СК, возбуждено уголовное дело по части 1 статьи 155 Уголовного кодекса РА, предварительное следствие по которому поручено следственной группе.
В ходе предварительного следствия были проведены необходимые следственные и другие процессуальные действия. В частности, был проведен осмотр места происшествия и тела. Взяты необходимые пробы, назначена судебно-медицинская экспертиза. Даны поручения по осуществлению оперативно-розыскных мероприятий сотрудникам подразделений РО МО РА, отдела полиции МВД РА.
Из воинской части получены необходимые документы, взяты образцы у сослуживцев, назначены судебно-медицинские экспертизы. Допрошены солдаты и офицеры. Следствие продолжается.
