Ի՞նչ հետևանք կունենա ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու հանրաքվեի հարցով ստորագրահավաքը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Այս օրերին շատ է քննարկվում այն թեման, որ Հայաստանի՝ Եվրամիությանն անդամակցության հարցով ստորագրահավաքի տեմպերը չափազանց դանդաղ են։ Կարծում ենք, սակայն, բոլորովին իմաստ չկա չարախնդալ այն բանի վրա, որ ստորագրությունները շատ դանդաղ են հավաքվում: Ընդհակառակը, ինչպես նշում են շատ փորձագետներ ու գործիչներ, մինչ այժմ հավաքված 33 հազարից մի փոքր ավելի ստորագրությունները նշանակում են վարչական ռեսուրսի լավ աշխատանք, որն ապահովում է օրական միջինը հազար ստորագրություն։ Այս տեմպերով մինչև նոյեմբերի 14-ը անհրաժեշտ 50 հազար ստորագրությունները կհավաքվեն՝ հարցը խորհրդարանում քննարկելու համար։
Ստորագրահավաքի կազմակերպիչները՝ «Ժողովրդավարական ուժերի հարթակին» մաս կազմող կուսակցություններն ու հասարակական կազմակերպություններն էլ արդեն վստահություն ունեն, որ իրենց կհաջողվի հավաքել անհրաժեշտ 50 հազար և ավելի ստորագրությունները։ Այստեղ խնդիրն այդ ստորագրությունները չեն. դրանք, ինչպես և ստորագրահավաքի սին կետերն ինքնին ոչինչ չեն նշանակում։ Կան առավել խորքային հարցեր: Տեսեք, մամուլն արդեն գրել է, որ «Եվրաքվեի» կազմակերպիչներից մի քանիսին ցանկանում են պաշտոններ առաջարկել գործադիրում, ընդ որում՝ բավական «սոլիդ» պաշտոններում։ Իսկ դրանից հետո արդեն հանրաքվեներ կազմակերպելը կդառնա «տեխնիկայի հարց»։
Այնպես որ, ինչպես նույն փորձագիտական շրջանակներն են նշում, Հայաստանի քաղաքական ուժերը կարող են առանց ժամանակ կորցնելու պատրաստվել նախ՝ «սահմանադրական» հանրաքվեին, իսկ եթե եղավ նաև արտաքին «պատվեր», ապա նաև «ԵՄ-ին անդամակցության» հանրաքվեին, որքան էլ հիմա քպականներն ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշում են, թե վերջինիս անհրաժեշտությունը չկա։ Այս ամենի հեռահար նպատակը պարզ է՝ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանից հեռացնել, ԵՄ-ին անդամակցության հարցը պահել առաջին պլանում, անվերապահ կատարել Ադրբեջանի պահանջները: Ի վերջո, Փաշինյանն ու նրա հովանավորները վաղուց արդեն պատրաստ են այդ ամենին և հետևում են ճանապարհային քարտեզին, որը ոչ ոք չունի։
