«Վերջին 5 տարիների ընթացքում, պայմանավորված թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ տարվող առավել համակարգային և սկզբունքային պայքարով, դեպքերի  հայտնաբերման աճը միջինում կազմել է 46,6 տոկոս: Արձանագրեմ, որ թմրամիջոցների մեծ քանակ հանրապետություն ներկրվում է հարևան երկրներից և հատկապես Մեղրիի սահմանային հատվածով, որտեղ ոստիկանության իրավասությունները սահմանափակ են»,- այս մասին այսօր ԱԺ ամբիոնից հայտարարել է ՆԳ նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանը։
 
MediaHub-ի ձեռքի տակ հայտնված փաստաթղթից տեղեկանում ենք, որ ՌԴ սահմանապահներն իրենց վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքում սահմանային ռեժիմի կանոնների խախտումներ են արձանագրել 32 անձի կողմից։ 

Վերջիններս փոխանցվել են Հայաստանի ԱԱԾ-ին։

«Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 2024 թվականի հունվարից սեպտեմբեր ընկած ժամանակահատվածում բերման են ենթարկվել՝ Հնդկաստանի՝ 8, Եգիպտոսի՝ 4, Թուրքիայի՝ 3, Իրաքի՝ 1, Թունիսի՝ 1, Իրանի՝ 1, Աֆղանստանի՝ 1, Ալժիրի՝ 1, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության՝ 1 քաղաքացի։ Եվս 1 քաղաքացի փորձել է անցնել Թուրքիա՝ ընտանիքի հետ վերամիավորվելու նպատակով։ Խախտումների պատճառները տարբեր են․ ավելի լավ կենսապայմաններ գտնելու, Հայաստանի տարածքում ձկնորսություն կատարելու և որսի հետագա վաճառքը Թուրքիայում կազմակերպելու նպատակով, կրոնական հիմքով մերձավոր շրջապատի միջև կոնֆլիկտների հետ կապված, քրեական հետապնդումներից խուսափելու համար և այլն»։

Տեղեկանում ենք, որ հինգ դեպքով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 469-րդ՝ «Պետական սահմանի ապօրինի հատում» հոդվածով։ Սահմանային ռեժիմի կանոնների խախտումներ են արձանագրվել 32 անձի կողմից, որից 32-ը բերման են ենթարկվել ՌԴ սահմանապահ ծառայողների կողմից և փոխանցվել ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ին։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 2024 թվականի հունվարից սեպտեմբեր ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ձերբակալվել է Հնդկաստանի Հանրապետության 15 քաղաքացի, Իրանի՝ 6, Հայաստանի՝ 9, Նիդեռլանդների՝ 1, Իսպանիայի՝ 1 քաղաքացի։

Դեպքերը տարբեր են, օրինակ՝ Մեղրիի անցակետում կանգնեցվել է BMW (GR3 37ZN621) մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան՝ ՀՀ 2 քաղաքացիներով։ Զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է մոտ 16 կգ ընդհանուր քաշով 4 փաթաթված փաթեթ, 1 հրազեն։ Մայիսին ՀՀ քաղաքացու վարած բեռնատար ավտոմեքենայի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է շագանակագույն (ենթադրաբար՝ հերոին) փաթեթ՝ ընդհանուր 207,29 գրամ թմրամիջոցով։

Այն փոխանցվել է ՀՀ ՊԵԿ Սյունիքի մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցներին՝ հետագա դատավարական գործողությունների համար։
 
Իրանի քաղաքացու վարած բեռնատար ավտոմեքենայի զննությամբ՝ ՀՀ սահմանին, սահմանապահները տրակտորի կցորդիչ սարքում հայտնաբերել են սև փաթեթ՝ մուգ կանաչ բուսական նյութով (ենթադրաբար՝ մարիխուանա), ընդհանուր 27,34 գրամ քաշով:

«Ինչ վերաբերվում է Վահե Ղազարյանի այսօրվա ելույթին, դա ընդամենը քաղաքական մանիպուլյացիա է, ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը որևէ իրավասություն չունի սահմանապահ ծառայության հետ։ Բացահայտումն իրականացրել են ՀՀ ԱԱԾ մարմինն ու ՌԴ սահմանապահ ստորաբաժանումը»,- MediaHub-ին ասաց քաղաքացին, ով տրամադրել է մեզ այս տեղեկությունները։
 
Նա նաև ավելացրեց, որ հունվարի 1-ից  ՌԴ սահմանապահների հեռացումից հետո պատկերը կփոխվի, և կբախվենք տխուր իրականության։
