Կլիմայի փոփոխության արդյունքում մինչև 2100 թվականը Հայաստանում ջերմաստիճանը կարող է բարձրանալ մինչև 50 աստիճան

Կլիմայական փոփոխությունների հետևանքով է, որ Հայաստանում ամռանը ջերմաստիճանը հասել էր 42 աստիճանի, բացի այդ դրանով էին պայմանավորված նաև այս տարի տեղի ունեցած հեղեղումները։ Այս մասին Ասիական զարգացման բանկի Հայաստանյան մշտական առաքելության կողմից կազմակերպված դասընթացի շրջանակներում, NEWS.am–ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում նշեց ԱԶԲ կլիմայական փոփոխությունների միջազգային մասնագետ Էսմայրա Խավիերը։
«Ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացումը այսքանով չի սահմանափակվելու. կլիմայի փոփոխության արդյունքում մինչև 2100 թվականը Հայաստանում ջերմաստիճանը կարող է բարձրանալ մինչև 50 աստիճան, ինչի հետևանքով նաև տեղումների քանակը և հեղեղումների դեպքերը կարող են ավելանալ»,–նշեց նա։
Էսմայրա Խավիերի խոսքով, կլիմայի փոփոխությունը առավել մեծ ազդեցություն կարող է ունենալ ջրային ռեսուրսների և գյուղատնտեսության վրա. կարող են առաջանալ պարենային անվտանգության խնդիրներ։
«Հայաստանի կառավարությունն այս առումով բավական լավ է գործում՝ նախաձեռնվող քայլերի և մշակվող փաստաթղթերի իմաստով։ Մշակվել են ազգային երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարություններ, ինչպես նաև ազգային հարմարվողականության տարբեր ծրագրեր, որոնք պետք է իրագործվեն տարբեր ոլորտներում»,–ասաց կլիմայական փոփոխությունների մասնագետը։
Հարցին, թե ինչ կարող են անել հասարակ գյուղացիները կլիմայական փոփոխությունների հնարավոր հետևանքների դեմ պայքարելու կամ դրանց հարմարվելու համար, մասնագետը պատասխանեց.
«Առաջին հերթին ցանկանում եմ անդրադառնալ կառավարության կողմից իրականացվելիք ծրագրերին։ Դրանց շրջանակներում, օրինակ, երաշտի պարագայում կառավարությունը պետք է ընդլայնի ոռոգման համակարգերը, ավելի շատ ջրային ռեսուրսներ տրամադրի ֆերմերային տնտեսություններին։ Մյուս կողմից կառավարությունը նաև պետք է օգնի գյուղացիներին, որպեսզի նրանք կարողանան կլիմայական իմաստով ավելի դիմացկուն սերմեր օգտագործել։ Ֆերմերներն էլ իրենց հերթին պետք է հարմարվեն կլիմայի փոփոխությանը։ Նրանք տարիներ շարունակ, սերնդեսերունդ աշխատում են այդ տարածքում և տեսնում են, թե ինչպես է փոխվում հողի կենսաբանական բնութագիրը, այսինքն նրանք ունեն այդ գիտելիքը։ Կառավարությունը պետք է լսի ֆերմերներին, որովհետև վերջիններս այդ մասին բավականին լավ գիտելիքներ ունեն»։
Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե ինչպես պետք է քաղաքացիները պայքարեն կլիմայական փոփոխությունների դեմ, մասնագետը նշեց.
«Մենք պետք է փոխենք մեր վարքագիծը, մեր կայացրած որոշումները ոչ պակաս կարևոր են այդ հարցում։ Օրինակ, եթե դուք պետք է ինչ–որ տեղ գնաք, որը ձեր տնից 1-2 կմ է հեռու, այդ դեպքում կարող եք հասարակական տրանսպորտից օգտվել, հեծանիվից կամ էլ ուղղակի ոտքով գնալ։ Եթե հանրային տրանսպորտը կարողանում է 50 հոգի տեղափոխել, նշանակում է, որ եթե 50 հոգի երթևեկի ավտոբուսով, ապա փողոցներում այդքան մասնավոր մեքենա պակաս կլինի։ Նաև խորհուրդ է տրվում անցում կատարել էլեկտրամոբիլներին։ Սակայն այդ որոշումը չի կարող արագ կամ հեշտ ընդունվել, որովհետև էլեկտրամոբիլներն այդնքան էլ մատչելի չեն։ Կառավարությունը պետք է խրախուսի, որոշակի արտոնություններ տա, որպեսզի մարդը այդ որոշումը կայացնի»։
