Ի պատասխան մի շարք լրատվամիջոցներում հրապարակված հետևյալ վերնագրով հոդվածի «Արմենիա բժշկական կենտրոնում 21-ամյա աղջիկ է մահացել, մայրը հայտնել է, որ աղջկա ձեռքերը կապել են, հարվածել», «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնը հակադարձում է.

Ս.թ. հոկտեմբերի 5-ին, ժամը 23:40-ի սահմաններում «Արմենիա» ԲԿ է ընդունվել քաղաքացի Ս.Ս.-ն՝ թունավորման ախտանիշներով: Նախնական զննման ընթացքում Ս.Ս-ն տեղեկացրել է բժշկին, որ ընդունել է 48 դեղահաբ «Կոլխիցին»: Բուժառուն անմիջապես տեղափոխվել է սուր թունավորումների բաժանմունք՝ բուժումը սկսելու նպատակով: Որոշ ժամանակ անց բուժառուն հրաժարվել է բուժօգնությունից և ցանկություն հայտնել լքել բուժհաստատությունը: Ինչպես բուժառուին, այնպես էլ նրանց հարազատներին, ներկայացվել է բուժհաստատությունը լքելու վտանգները և հետևանքները, ներառյալ՝ հավանական մահը: Սակայն, ցավալիորեն, և՛ բուժառուն, և՛ նրա հարազատները պնդել են իրենց ցանկությունը: Առկա է բուժառուի ձեռքով գրված հրաժարականը, որի տակ դրված է նաև հարազատների ստորագրությունը:

Հաջորդ օրը, հոկտեմբերի 6-ին, բուժառուն առավել ծանր վիճակում կրկին տեղափոխվել է «Արմենիա» ԲԿ սուր թունավորումների բաժանմունք, որտեղից հոկտեմբերի 7-ին տեղափոխվել է վերակենդանացման բաժանմունք՝ ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում: «Արմենիա» ԲԿ ընդունվելու պահից բուժանձնակազմի կողմից իրականացվել են անհրաժեշտ բոլոր բժշկական գործողությունները, որոնք, ցավոք, արդյունք չեն տվել, և հոկտեմբերի 8-ին, ժամը 11.20-ի սահմաններում, արձանագրվել է բուժառուի կենսաբանական մահը:

Սուր թունավորումների և մի շարք այլ պարագաներում և՛ Հայաստանում, և՛ ամբողջ աշխարհում ընդունված բժշկական ընթացակարգերը նախատեսում են բուժառուի շարժողականության սահմանափակում՝ ինքնավնասման վտանգը չեզոքացնելու նպատակով, իսկ գիտակցության կորստի պարագայում, նույն միջազգային ընթացակարգերը նախատեսում են ցավ պատճառելու միջոցով հիվանդի գիտակցության առկայության ստուգումը կամ հիվանդին գիտակցության բերելը:

Այս դեպքի հետ կապված ամբողջ տեղեկատվությունը և անհրաժեշտ բացատրությունները տրվել են նաև ՀՀ Ոստիկանության ներկայացուցիչներին, որոնք վերոնշյալ դեպքի կապակցությամբ երկու անգամ այցելել են «Արմենիա» ԲԿ:

Ցավալի է, որ այդ ընթացքում ոչ մի լրատվամիջոց կամ լրագրող, որոնք հրապարակել են իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկություն, չեն դիմել «Արմենիա» ԲԿ ղեկավարությանը՝ պարզաբանում ստանալու և մյուս կողմի կարծիքը ներկայացնելու նպատակով: Հորդորում ենք լրատվամիջոցներին՝ հետայսու, նման զգայուն խնդիրներ լուսաբանելիս լսել բոլոր կողմերի կարծիքները՝ հանրությանն ամբողջական և ճշգրիտ տեղեկատվություն փոխանցելու համար: «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնը հայտնում է լրատվամիջոցների հետ համագործակցելու իր պատրաստակամությունը:
