Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության «Հիդրոօդերևութաբանության և մոնիթորինգի կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ն այսօր հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, որ Արևմուտքից ակտիվ ցիկլոնի ներթափանցմամբ պայմանավորված, հոկտեմբերի 16-ի ուշ երեկոյան և 17-ին, 17-ի լույս 18-ի գիշերը հանրապետության շրջանների մեծ մասում սպասվում են հորդառատ անձրևներ և ամպրոպ։ Նշված ժամանակահատվածում հանրապետության մի շարք շրջաններում, հատկապես կենտրոնական գոտում, այդ թվում նաև Երևանում  կթափվի հոկտեմբեր ամսվա նորմայի 100-150 տոկոսի չափ տեղում։

MediaHub-ը կապ հաստատեց Լոռու մարզի՝ այս տարվա մայիսի 25-ին ջրհեղեղից  տուժած բնակավայրերի մի խումբ բնակիչների հետ, պարզելու՝ արդյո՞ք աղետի գոտում վերացվել են վտանգի ռիսկերը։ Աղետի գոտու համայնքների ղեկավարները մեր զանգերը թողեցին անպատասխան։ Փոխարենը բնակիչները ներկայացրեցին իրենց մտահոգությունները։ 

«Ինչ որ կառուցել են, անունը դրել են ժամանակավոր, դուք լինեք մեր փոխարեն կհավատա՞ք, որ էլի նույնը չի կրկնվի։ Ջրհեղեղի հետևանքով փլուզված կամրջի փոխարեն Դեբեդի վրա ժամանակավոր նոր կամրջակ կառուցեցին, որ կապ լինի Քարկոփ գյուղի հետ մինչև հիմնական ճանապարհ կառուցելը։ Դա ավելի կարճ կյանք ունեցավ, քան նախատեսված էր։ Ասացին՝ «հետիոտնային անցում է, յոլլա տարեք, մինչև հիմնականը կկառուցենք», 5 օր հետո անձրև եկավ, առավոտը վեր կացանք, տեսանք չկա, դա էլ ա փլվել»,- ասաց Քարկոփի բնակիչ Լևոն Դալլաքյանը։

Ալավերդու Սանահին կայարան թաղամասի բնակչուհի տիկին Ռիտան տան և կորցրած գույքի համար փոխհատուցում առայժմ չի ստացել։ Իր խոսքով՝ գործընթացը սկսված է, բայց գումարներն անընդհատ ձգձգում են, քանի որ բազմաթիվ անճշտություններ կան։

«Փոխատուցումն իր հերթին է կարևոր, բայց նոր ջրհեղեղի վտանգն ավելի լուրջ է մեկ անգամ այդ արհավիրքը վերապրած ժողովրդի համար։ Վայրկյանների ընթացքում մենք կորցրեցինք ամեն ինչ։ Չի բացառվում, որ էլի կկորցնենք, քանի որ ոչ մի էական աշխատանք չի արվել»,- ասաց նա` հարցադրում հնչեցնելով՝ ամբողջ ամառն ի՞նչ էին անում, որ չկարողացան վտանգները վերացնել։ 

«Եթե մի հատ էլ մայիսի 25-ի պես անձրև տեղա մեր կողմերում, իրավիճակն ավելի վատ կլինի, կորուստներ ավելի շատ կունենանք»,- MediaHub-ին ասաց Ալավերդի քաղաքի բնակչուհին` ընդգծելով, որ մինչ օրս նույնիսկ փլված ճանապարհն ամբողջությամբ դեռ չեն կառուցել։
