ԵՄ-ն աջակցում է ՀՀ ինքնիշխանությանն ու «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագծին․ ԵՄ դեսպանը՝ Փաշինյանին

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում հավատարմագրված Եվրոպական միության անդամ պետությունների արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպաններին՝ ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Վասիլիս Մարագոսի գլխավորությամբ:
Վարչապետը կարևորել է Հայաստան-ԵՄ բազմաոլորտ համագործակցությունն ու ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել ՀՀ Կառավարության պատրաստակամությունը՝ խորացնելու և ընդլայնելու բազմաոլորտ հարաբերությունները եվրոպական գործընկերների հետ: Այս համատեքստում, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շեշտել է նախորդ տարվա հոկտեմբերին Գրանադայում Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա Ֆոն դեր Լայենի հետ համատեղ հայտարարությամբ, ինչպես նաև այս տարվա ապրիլին Բրյուսելում ՀՀ-ԵՄ-ԱՄՆ բարձր մակարդակի հանդիպման արդյունքներով ընդունված հայտարարությամբ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների արդյունավետ և հետևողական իրականացման անհրաժեշտությունը:
Վասիլիս Մարագոսն անդրադարձել է վերոնշյալ հայտարարություններով նախատեսված քայլերի իրականացման ընթացքին ու ընդգծել ԵՄ շարունակական աջակցությունը՝ ՀՀ–ում ժողովրդավարական և տնտեսական ոլորտում բարեփոխումների առաջմղման գործում, այդ թվում՝ մասնավոր հատվածի կարողությունների զարգացման նպատակով: ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավարը կարևորել է նաև վիզաների ազատականացման շուրջ Հայաստանի հետ երկխոսության մեկնարկը, ԵՄ խաղաղության հիմնադրամից մեր երկրին օժանդակություն ցուցաբերելու որոշումը:
Հաջորդիվ անդրադարձ է կատարվել Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ քննարկումներին: Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը շեշտել է հայկական կողմի հավատարմությունը խաղաղության օրակարգին և ընդգծել մեր երկրի պատրաստակամությունը՝ համաձայնեցված հոդվածների հիման վրա ստորագրելու պայմանագիրն ու շարունակելու հետագա քննարկումները մյուս հարցերի շուրջ:
Տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և կայունության ապահովման համատեքստում զրուցակիցները կարևորել են ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության արդյունավետ գործունեությունը:
Մտքեր են փոխանակվել տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցության ուղիների ապաշրջափակման հնարավորությունների շուրջ: ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար Վասիլիս Մարագոսը հայտնել է ԵՄ աջակցությունը Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանությանն ու ՀՀ Կառավարության ներկայացրած «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագծին:
