Ինչո՞ւ Ադրբեջանը չի ցանկանում խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել Հայաստանի հետ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ խաղաղության պայմանագրի մասով Հայաստանի առաջարկը, այն է՝ ստորագրել խաղաղության պայմանագրի արդեն համաձայնեցված դրույթները՝ չհամաձայնեցվածները թողնելով հետո, «միանգամայն անիրատեսական է»։ Ըստ էության, Ադրբեջանը չի ցանկանում խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել Հայաստանի հետ. ըստ շատ փորձագետների, եթե Բաքուն իրոք ցանկանար ՀՀ-ի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել, ապա նոր նախապայմաններ առաջ չէր քաշի ՀՀ-ի առջև՝ Սահմանադրության փոփոխության և, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» տրամադրման տեսքով։ Նախօրեին թեմային անդրադարձել է նաև «Հանրապետության հրապարակ» տելեգրամյան ալիքը՝ նշելով, որ Ադրբեջանն ինտենսիվորեն պատրաստվում է նոր պատերազմի՝զինվում է Թուրքիայի, Իսրայելի, Պակիստանի օգնությամբ, ԱԹՍների արտադրությունն է զարգացնում Ադրբեջանում, ինչպես նաև զորքը պատրաստում է լեռնային և ցուրտ պայմաններում պատերազմական գործողությունների։
«Հասկանալի է, որ այդ մարտերը կարող են ընթանալ Սյունիքում»,-գրում են հեղինակները՝ հավելելով, որ Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը ՀՀ-ի դեմ գործում են սինխրոն. Անկարան հայտարարում է, որ հայ-թուրքական սահմանը կբացվի այն ժամանակ, երբ բավարարվեն Բաքվի բոլոր պահանջները, այդ թվում՝ այսպես կոչված՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հարցով, որը Թուրքիայի համար պանթուրանական լոգիստիկա է և պլացդարմ դեպի թյուրքախոս Կենտրոնական Ասիա՝ Թուրան։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու ՔՊ-ին, ապա, ըստ ալիքի, նրանք պատրաստ են բավարարել Ալիևի բոլոր պահանջները, սակայն անգամ այդ պարագայում Ալիևը չի կնքելու խաղաղության պայմանագիր։ «Բաքուն ցանկանում է Հայաստանը ռազմական, տնտեսական, դեմոգրաֆիկ առումներով վերածել «failed state»-ի։ Ադրբեջանն արդեն իսկ հայտարարում է, որ հայոց բանակը պետք է կրճատվի. Բաքուն մեղադրում է Արևմուտքին, հատկապես Ֆրանսիային, ինչպես նաև Հնդկաստանին՝ ՀՀ-ին վերազինելու համար։
Բաքուն տեղեկատվական հիմք է պատրաստում ՀՀ-ի ապառազմականացման համար։ Այսպիսով, Ադրբեջանի նպատակը հստակ է՝ Հարավային Կովկասում վերացնել հայկական գործոնը, Իրանից «պոկել» Իրանական Ադրբեջանն ու միանալ Թուրքիայի հետ՝ նոր օսմանական կայսրության ռազմավարության շրջանակներում»,նշում են հոդվածագիրները և ավելացնում, որ Հայաստանը պետք է ինտենսիվորեն պատրաստվի նոր պատերազմի՝ Սյունիքը վերածի անառիկ ամրոցի, ինչպես նաև գտնի նոր դաշնակիցներ, որոնց ձեռնտու չէ Մեծ Թուրանի կյանքի կոչումը. այդ երկրներից են Ռուսաստանը, Իրանը, Չինաստանը, Հնդկաստանը, Հունաստանը, արաբական աշխարհի մի շարք երկրներ։
