Ադրբեջանը ՀՀ-ին ոչինչ չի տալու և, այո՛, աբսուրդային պահանջներ է դնելու, քանի դեռ ՀՀ-ն չի կարողանում որևէ հակընդդեմ պահանջ ներկայացնել:

Սովորաբար նման բան չեմ անում, բայց ուզում եմ հիմա ուղիղ մեջբերում անել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերջերս հնչեցրած մի ելույթից. «Ադրբեջանն ուզում է, որ Հայաստանի ճանապարհները օգտագործելի լինեն իր համար, և միևնույն ժամանակ Հայաստանը շարունակի մնալ շրջափակման մեջ։ Թվում է՝ սա աբսուրդ ձևակերպում է, բայց ադրբեջանական խոսույթների մեր վերլուծությունը ցույց է տալիս դա»։

Ցավալի է, որ երկրի վարչապետին այս «հայտնագործության» համար անհրաժեշտ էր ավելի քան երկու տարի և, իր իսկ ձևակերպմամբ, «ադրբեջանական խոսույթների վերլուծություն»։

Ի՞նչ վերլուծության կարիք կար, երբ արդեն ավելի քան երկու տարի զգուշացնում ենք, որ Ադրբեջանը ստանալու է իր համար մաքսիմումը՝ Հայաստանին չտալով նույնիսկ ակնկալվող մինիմումը։ Ադրբեջանի արածը աբսուրդ չէ՝ սեփական մաքսիմալիստական նկրտումների լկտի պարտադրում է դիմացի կողմին, որն անընդունակ է պաշտպանել սեփական մինիմալ շահերը։

Աբսուրդը Հայաստանի կառավարության բանակցային կարողություններն են։ Մարդ կարող է փորձ ու գիտելիք չունենալ, բայց համառորեն անտեսել տասնյակ տարիների փորձով մարդկանց զգուշացումները։ Իսկապես աբսուրդ է։ Սա նման է 2018-ի «բանակցությունները սեփական կետից» սկսելու հայտարարությանը։ Ինչ եղավ դրանից հետո, տեսանք։ Հիմա նույնն է. երկու տարի շարունակ զգուշացնում ենք, որ Ադրբեջանը ոչինչ չի տալու ու մաքսիմալը պոկելու է, քանի որ դու ոչ մի օրակարգ չունես, ամեն ինչին ասում ես այո, բանակցային սեղանին ոչ մի պահանջ չես դնում։

Երբ դեռ հնարավոր էր կանխել Արցախի ամբողջական կորուստն ու հայաթափումը, ասում էինք, հնարավորություն տուր բանակցելու այն մարդկանց, որոնք ի տարբերություն քո թիմի՝ գիտեն՝ ինչ բան է բանակցությունը։ Արցախի հայաթափումից հետո զգուշացնում էինք, որ Ադրբեջանը սրա դիմաց էլ, հակառակ քո սպասումներին, քեզ ոչինչ չի տալու, իսկ իր համար մաքսիմալն է պահանջելու։ Էլի՝ քար լռություն։ Վստահ եմ՝ այս մարդը համոզված էր, թե մենք ուզում ենք իրեն մոլորեցնել, որ բանակցային սեղանին ոչ մի պահանջ չդնելով՝ ինքը հասնելու է ինչ-որ արդյունքի։

Ես շարունակում եմ պնդել՝ Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին ոչինչ չի տալու և, այո՛, աբսուրդային պահանջներ է դնելու, քանի դեռ հայկական կողմը չի կարողանում որևէ հակընդդեմ պահանջ ներկայացնել։ Շարունակում եմ պնդել, որ արցախցիների վերադարձի պահանջը բանակցային սեղանին դնելը դիվանագիտական բոլոր կանոններով ընկալելի և ընդունելի կլինի միջազգային հանրության բոլոր կողմերի ու խաղացողների համար։ Լավագույն վերջին ապացույցը Շվեյցարիայի խորհրդարանի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի ընդունած բանաձևն է։ Ավելին՝ արցախցիների վերադարձի պահանջի բարձրացումը ծայրահեղ անհրաժեշտություն է առաջին հերթին Հայաստանի անվտանգության համար, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանը դադարի Հայաստանի իշխանություններին «զարմացնել» իր աբսուրդ պահանջներով։

Եվ ես շարունակում եմ պնդել, որ եթե օրվա իշխանությունները անկարող են բանակցային օրակարգ ձևավորել, ապա պետք է թույլ տան, որ դա անեն ավելի կարող ուժեր»,-գրել է Օսկանյանը:
