ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է Երևան քաղաքի Հր. Քոչար փողոցում գործող ավտոլվացման կետի աշխատակցի առողջությանը ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելու դեպքը։ 

Այս մասին հայտնում են Քննչական կոմիտեից։

2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 15-ին՝ ժամը 14:28-ին, «Միքայելյան Վիրաբուժության ինստիտուտից» ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երևան քաղաքի Նաիրի Զարյան հասցեից, կրծքավանդակի աջ կեսի կտրած-ծակած արյունահոսող վերք ախտորոշմամբ, բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել 34–ամյա տղամարդ, ըստ որի՝ նշված վնասվածքն ստացել է վայր ընկնելու հետևանքով:

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 34–ամյա տղամարդը վնասվածքն ստացել է Հրաչյա Քոչար փողոցում գործող ավտոլվացման կետում՝ նույն կետի մեկ այլ աշխատակցի հետ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ։ Պարզվել է նաև ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունը կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 2007թ․։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 166-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2024թ․ հոկտեմբերի 15-ին’ ժամը 13:20-ի սահմաններում, հիշյալ ավտոլվացման կետում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել 34–ամյա տղամարդու և 17–ամյա երիտասարդի միջև, որից հետո վերջինս ավտոլվացման կետի հանգստյան սենյակից վերցրել է ծալովի փականով դանակը և հարվածել 34–ամյա տղամարդու կրծքավանդակի աջ կեսին՝ պատճառելով կյանքի համար վտանգավոր մարմնական վնասվածք: 

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել է հանցագործության գործիք ծալովի դանակը, ինչպես նաև՝ արնանման հետքեր, նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն, վերցվել և զննության է ենթարկվել տարածքում տեղադրված տեսանկարահանող սարքի տեսագրությունը։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա 17–ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ ՀՀ քրեական  օրենսգրքի 166-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետերով: Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու մասին: Դատարանի որոշմամբ՝ 17–ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ որպես այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել տնային կալանքը:
